Booked on line to come Monday 4th. Given my keys , settled in and I unpacked. Went to Wonthaggi hosp to spend time with a gravely ill friend (which was the purpose of my visit ) I then received phone call from RACV say I had to immediately return and take all my things to another room . They had given me the wrong room. No apologies . I was very upset at having to leave the hospital. No apologies . No compensation . Won’t be recommending it because of this .

We loved our stay in the Deluxe two bedroom cabin. Lots of facilities, the pool was great and there was lots to do. Would definitely go back

Very unprofessional customer service of the guy that claims to be the manager . Our friends have stayed here and reported it is not clean- sheets don’t get changed. They advised us not to stay here ever.

I think it has a lot of appeal, it would be good to have washing machines in the cabins as they are meant to be self contained. The restaurant should have a more variety of choices, and less pricey, the breakfast buffet wasn’t very nice, food was over cooked and should be a discount for staying at the resort. Having all restaurants closed on a Tuesday was difficult, we would have eaten every night at the restaurant if there was more variety and less expensive, and had the breakfast every day if it could have been bundled into the accomodation price. Swimming pool was great, should be opened until 9 during holidays.

The staff we so welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the ocean view room, the clean, jig standard facilities and the overall beauty of the grounds. Our only disappointment was that there was no vacancy for our third night away as we would have loved to stay longer!

Spacious and lovely nature environment
We loved the spacious deluxe cabin during our stay. There were 4 of us but in fact could accommodate 6 visitors with the double bunk beds. The environment was quiet and relaxing. We saw family of kangaroos outside our windows. It was very special.

Good facilities for families. Good COVID-19 hygiene practices. Stayed in 2 bedroom villa which was spacious and clean. One minor issue was both bedrooms had 3-4 daddy long legs nestled in each ceiling corner which freaked my young kids. Food at Onsite restaurant Radius was good. If only their other kiosk and Zenith Lounge was open give adults some more dining options on site. Enjoyable place for families with kids to stay.
