Step in through the front door to an open plan living /kitchen and dining area with reverse cycle air conditioning and a log fire. The comfy sofas in the living area are the perfect place to relax and watch one of the many DVDs available.

Glass sliding doors lead you out to the large rear deck, perfect for entertaining with a cane lounge, outdoor dining table and Chimenea to help you stay warm on the cooler evenings. This area overlooks the back garden which has lots of beautiful trees and sometimes even Koala's come to visit.

Three bedrooms are located along the hall with the family bathroom (shower over half bath) and separate toilet.

Bedroom 1: 2 single beds (hanging rack for clothes storage) Bedroom 2: Double bed with wardrobe 3: 2 Single beds with wardrobe.

An outdoor shower is located at the rear of the house for a quick wash off after the beach. There is also plenty of room for cars, boats and jet skis.

Host Terms and Conditions will be sent 14 days prior to your arrival as a pre online guest check in which must be completed prior to your booking.

Key Collection is between 2pm - 5pm weekdays, 2pm - 4pm weekends, arrival out of these hours needs to be pre-arranged.
