A very, very short walk to the beach and bay views. Space for the whole family to enjoy the best of the Bellarine Peninsula.
Wake up to water views from the upstairs Master Bedroom with ensuite, walk in robe and fourth bedroom with single bed and trundle bed.
Enjoy the water views from the open plan kitchen, living and dining as you settle in to your relaxing holiday.
The large under cover upstairs deck with bistro blinds is the perfect way to relax and unwind after enjoying your day at the beach and / or fishing in Port Phillip Bay.
Downstairs has another queensize bed with built in robes. Third bedroom with 2 single beds.
A central bathroom services the area.
There is space downstairs for children to hang out.
There is a Portarlington Golf Club courtesy bus (3 minutes drive on Hood Rd) which can pick you up on Thursday, Friday and Saturday for fantastic bistro meals (Booking essential during the holiday period). Why not bring the clubs and play around of golf or two while you're here.
The safe shallow sandy swimming beach is great for young children as there's no surf, only mild bay currents is shallow out a long way and there is 1.5km of beach out front so there is always plenty of space to swim.
The Grassy Point Rd boat ramp just 500 metres away and a great place to start your fishing or jet skiing (PWC) or there is Indented Head and Portarlington Boat Ramps not far away.
The large under cover carport has four bays for boats or PWC (height restriction through the front carport is 2.5 metres, there is plenty of front lawn parking if your boat is bigger.
Double sink fish cleaning area with a large work bench for cleaning the days catch or you can visit Jenkins Fresh Fish just five minutes away.
An electric BBQ is provided.
Main living is upstairs so it is not suitable for people with impaired mobility.
Important - please bring portacot and high chair if required.

Underwhelming, no wi-fi & poorly maintained
Super disappointed with our stay. Whilst the size of the property and location was excellent the overall condition of the property was a real let down. The house doesn’t appear to be occupied (currently for sale) and therefore doesn’t have the cleanliness or functionality that you’d expect for a house tailored to accommodate 8 people or listed as a holiday home. The property needs a deep clean. We felt we had to wash glasses, plates etc before use due to the state of cupboards/ draws. The bedding is well worn and used, and house lacks basic supplies (peeler, strainer, rubbish bin, brooms, dust pans, hairdryers, Pantry staples etc) There was no wifi (kids were unable to watch movies) no pool table or games room as advertised. Host was followed up about wifi however there was no response. The downstairs furniture was 2 partial functional/ broken couches. Owners need to clean and spend on updating linens, kitchen, decor etc if they want to charge premium rates.

Great location and awesome space for a friends get away!
Great beach access across the road. We had a kayak and the there was a ramp access into the water. The entry into the backyard was ideal for a boat. Lots of beds and living space with amazing showers! Will book again!

Lovely Beach View Holiday
We enjoyed our stay. Emma was very helpful and quick to respond to our messages. There is a lovely view of the beach and it’s definitely within walking distance to swim and play with the family. Great location and close to Portarlington. Awesome backyard and my kids road their bikes around out the back on the concrete. Beds were firmer than what we were use to but all linen provided and fresh and clean. Cooling worked well. Had a little trouble with the front door opening/ unlocking and using the washing machine. We had no electricity due to storms for one night and day and the house is all electric even the bbq so would be useful to have a gas bbq as an alternative. The house was clean and tidy but balcony needed a clean. Best place we stayed at with the range of kitchen items for cooking, containers etc! We enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

A home away from home
This property felt like home with all the amenities included. Right next to the beach, leave the car and walk everywhere. Great views from the open living space upstairs. The bbq in the balcony is an added bonus. Huge backyard for the kids to run around. The host is pleasant to deal with. I will surely return.
