Also had a station for any toiletries you might need (brush, razor, toothbrush, etc..) and coffee machines. Overall happy - they could make it easier to find the lobby - found the big building but we went to the wrong side and couldn't reach the 5th floor. "

"The deluxe family room is exactly as pictured and the view of Ueno park each sunny spring morning was magical. I would stay in room 810 again and again. Staff were helpful, plenty of shopping, food and several train stations within a 5 minute walk. Hotel is new and beautiful. The extra space for a family of 4 made the two week trip comfortable. I couldn't have asked for a better room/hotel."

"We loved the breakfast buffet as it offers a wide selection of Western and Japanese food. We stayed in 4 hotels and for us, Narita Tobu has the best buffet breakfast. They also offer free shuttle service to the airport."
