Welcome to Sunset Studio, a one bedroom upper-floor studio located just steps from the sands of Sunset Beach! This cozy unit is the perfect for getaway for couples, furnished with one Queen bed that looks directly out to the Pacific Ocean.

This unit sleeps a maximum of two adults and two children between the bed and the air mattress that is provided.

Equipped with a flat screen TV and updated bathroom/kitchen facilities, we have everything needed for you to to make the most of your time at the beach. Our newly renovated deck is ideal for morning coffees and relaxing with a drink after a day of surfing!


LOCAL FAVORITES: We are walking distance from King Neptune's (best crab in town), Secret Spot, Super Mex (best margarita in town), Riip (best brewery in town), and a bodega for wine and other spirits - what more could you ask for!

Nice place
Toys under and in the couch. Pots and pans were not clean and put away dirty. Only 2 towels provided for bathroom and there were two of us. Other than that, it was a good experience, and the rest of the place was clean. I really enjoyed my stay even though it rained every day except the first day I was there.

Baby shower weekend
We had a great stay and a great location for our stay. Walking distance to the beach and a fantastic view from there. We went swimming on Sunday morning in very good surf. It was fantastic. Alan was fantastic as a host. Gracious, friendly, affable, informative, and cooperative. Much appreciated, Alan. If we are ever in the area again, we would stay here in a heartbeat.

Great stay at the beach
The property is just feet away from the ocean. We loved being able to walk to the beach quickly. It’s also just a few feet from J King Neptune’s which was a nice surprise - excellent salads, seafood and more.
