We stayed in a studio with a Murphy bed. It was not very comfortable. Otherwise the stay was ok.

The building was old but the staff were very friendly and helpful. The Banyan suite was not as convenient with just a mini kitchen. I was expecting a stove element instead of just a fridge and sink. I would stay here again but I'd pay a bit more for the slightly larger suite with a full kitchen.

Very good and safe area amazing staff! Only down thing was the sofa bed not comfortable and my pillow case had some mold also no trash can in restroom other than that highly recommend!

Overall it was ok. Our room was ready when we flew into Hawaii early in the morning which was great as we had an all night flight from Australia. There was some issues with the bathtub. Bed not very comfortable. Close to beach was nice. Great location to restaurants and shopping. I felt it was a little overpriced.

We arrived very late and tired and the night staff on 2/17 were very welcoming, efficient. The bell/valet service was very good, the room had all the extras we asked and was comfortable. We just stayed the one night before heading to the north shore, but it was a nice place to land after a long flight. We recommend better pillows and water in the vending machines but everything else was great for a family

We had a wonderful stay. The rooms were clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and it was a great location for the beach. Our room slept 6. We appreciated that they had appliances that we could check out for cooking. Laundry room was clean and reasonably priced for washing our clothes. Very impressed with overall experience!

Location was great. Close to everything you need in Waikiki. One bedroom was really small for 2 adults and 3 kids. Once you pull both beds out in the living, there's no walking space.

The staff as amazing. We had an issue with another hotel with lack of cleanliness. I wanted to mention Chris and his manager went above and beyond to accommodate my family and I to get us a room. We will be staying there again.

We couldnt get an early check in or a late checkout. The woman on the phone was rude. Asked her if they had toothpaste, and she said no and hung up on me during my stay. I will definitely will not be staying at this hotel again!

We had 5 nights in a Standard suite, 1 bedroom, 2 bathrooms. Plenty of room and ideal if you were there for an extended stay with stove, microwave and full sized fridge. ABC store downstairs, modern,clean laundry facility on site and close to the beach and venues. Pick up for our tours was never more than a 5 minute walk. It's not 4 or 5 star and doesn't have beach views but it's clean, has friendly staff and offers good value in a great location.

Please be sure to look over your booking. A studio, one bath is ONE pull down bed, period. I cant imagine someone renting a hotel room being okay with a pull down bed that is not made and does not have the hotel pillow and comforter one enjoys in a hotel room.

This property is older. My room was dated. The toilet leaked a little bit. It was quiet. Staff where nice. But it was really overpriced. This property should be in the 125-160 range per night.

Best trip thus far
So when you stay here check in is adamantly at four p m For being so close to the ocean the hotel was extremely clean We had a family of 6 and it was Tight but very livable. Everything is within the hotel which is phenomenal the bellhops were great. The valet is excellent and the overall customer service from every staff member was exceptional and made it an all together great experience will stay there again
