The staff were so welcoming and helpful. Valet parking was easy and convenient. The room was clean. The water pressure and hot water were excellent. Vouchers for meals at Lulu’s before 5 o'clock were very handy and well used. The restaurant staff were just as welcoming and helpful as the hotel staff. Food was very good and fresh. The view of the beach and the zoo’s banyan tree is unparalleled. Enjoyed several sunsets from dinner. Great stay! Will stay again.

Perfect location, especially if you're a surfer! But the hot water died on our second day which was a big negative. Otherwise the hotel was nicely done, we'll staffed and had everything we need. It might be a bit outdated but had a nice charm to it.

This is not a 3.5 star hotel. Maybe 2.5 to 3. Rooms need to be updated. Rooms are very small and air conditioner hard to keep up and kept running. Only cleaning service every second day. Pool is outdated and very limited seating. One thing I did like was the resort fee which allowed 3 things per day (from great rental place next door)- used chairs, umbrella, boogie board and rented surf board for my son for $10. They also had free floaties which was great. Also being able to change the beach towels for new ones everyday was great. Location is good across from beach but we tended to still walk 3-4 blocks to the main beach area. One positive was a very quiet place and staff were good. If rooms were updated would stay here again. Was able to park car overnight by the beach till 7am which was free.

This is a fantastic hotel- we loved the location and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The valet staff were fast and always offering up suggestions of fun things to do from a local perspective. The amenities that the hotel offers made the stay even better. Every day you get 3 free rentals from the beach shop (chairs, paddle boards, surf boards, etc) which was really fun for the kids. The restaurants attached were yummy too- we ended up eating at Lulus several times. The street below the hotel could be noisy but with the balcony door closed we couldn’t hear the traffic. We will definitely be returning on any future trips to Oahu!

Great view of Waikiki beach and Diamond Head from room.Big balcony. Very nice and helpful staff. Very convenient location directly across from beach and zoo. The view and location make this a great hotel. We have been to Waikiki a few times and this was by far the best place we have stayed at for the view and the convenience.

My husband and I had a lovely stay at Park Shore Waikiki! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed the included coffee, sunscreen, beach rentals and the overall cleanliness of the hotel. The location is fantastic- right across the street from the beach, connection to the ABC Store, restaurants within the hotel and the view of Diamond Head was incredible. Not to mention the shopping and restaurants within walking distance. I would highly recommend this to my friends and family.

The property was located in a convenient walking location to the beach, zoo, aquarium, shopping, and nearby park. They offered complimentary beach items (sunscreen, umbrellas, boogie boards etc..) The hotel was clean and quiet. We are definitely used to having larger beds and hotel rooms. There is valet parking. For the time we had our rental vehicle, the cost to park our car at the hotel would have been equivalent to the car rental fee. We enjoyed the hotel location for it's proximity to some eateries, and Starbucks. A very enjoyable experience.

Older hotel with dated rooms in a good location. At least its clean. Staff is very friendly. Location lends itself to easy car access to the H1 freeway. As a note, parking is via vallet and they parked our rental car and left the key on. Battery was dead when we needed to leave for our Luau.

The room was not cleaned very well. There was hair on the bathroom ceiling when we checked in. The property needs a refresher. The lobby looks nice and clean but the room was not. The curtains are taped. The nice part is there is free parking across the street, close to beach and shops. It would have been nice if the coffee was served all day.

Everything was Amazing,great location just few steps from the beach!!the only thing i didnt like is the chair/umbrella service. You have to go to next door and get 3 free things but you have to carry those to the beach and assemble them. They should have some one at the beach to provide them.

It was very outdated. The pool was small and needs to be painted ! Made the water look green! It was very over priced! They added valet at the end of the visit which was not communicated to us that there was a charge! Tipped the drivers all week and had I known I was being billed for that I would not have tipped them! The only plus was the location!

Such great and attentive staff. Walking distance to Waikiki Beach. Hotel is older and out dated in our opinion but convenient for what we needed. Walking distance to ABC store in the hotel and Starbucks next door for people who need coffee easily. Valet parking is $50 a day with 24hr service. We had a great stay and will be back in the future

We had an amazing view of the ocean and were right across the street from the beach. The location for us was perfect. There were many great restaurants near by and the area was easily walkable. Staff we’re friendly and accommodating and the room was well appointed.

We really enjoyed our stay at Park Shore- First of all, they get the basics right - comfortable newer beds, updated and easy to use AC, and a good shower. It is an older hotel, and they are updating bits at a time it seems. The window coverings in our room were totally worn out and needing replacement. The bathroom could also use updating. But they have great staff and the room and hotel are very clean. It has great views, and is super convenient to the beach. Through no fault of its own, it is very noisy there. Closing the lanai door helps a great deal, but it is just a very busy place on this corner. Buses, delivery trucks all day and evening add to the normal heavy and noisy Waikiki traffic. Just something everyone should know; Waikiki is a busy noisy place, and this corner is a bit beyond the normal.

Very friendly service. Tv would not connect with iPhone. Had 5 visits from a technician who said android works better with chromecast. Although service was friendly we didn’t have much luck with TV in the room.
