Location is at the center of the financial district facing the famous Victoria Harbor. Very convenient to take the ferry or subway. The rooms and lobby are luxurious and grand; however, the families in the room might need some upgrade such as replacing the wood blinds at the bathroom so they can be rolled up/ down with a touch of a button rather than pulling the old fashioned strings. The bathroom in my suite had a grand view of the harbor, but rolling the blinds up was quite a chore! Housekeeping did a great job as well other staff at the hotel, including the ones at the Mandarin Club Lounge. Wished the lounge would offer a wider dejection of food and drinks. It seemed quite limited compared to other club level lounges at other hotels in Hong Kong.
Overall, it’s a more traditional hotel and luxurious.
