Property is motel style where you enter your room from the outside. We stayed for two nights and we didn’t have water on the second day. Spoke to other people staying and they also didn’t have water — very disappointing and inconvenient. Property is advertised to have sound proof walls but we could still hear other people. Property is located on a dark path and also at the top of a very sloped narrow gravel driveway with no curb. If you’re arriving late and leaving early when it’s dark (winter time) becareful and drive with caution.

Breathtaking views and perfect accommodation!
What a beautiful guesthouse! Not only is the scenery breathtaking (you’re right below a giant mountain), but the accommodation is clean and perfection. Heated bathroom floor?? Yes, please! The beds were so comfy as well. Very close to Jokulsarlon also. Would love to stay here again when we come back! 10/10!

Extremely clean and updated property. Our room was super cozy and perfectly heated when we got there. The bathroom is like a spa! Heated floors and stunning shower. Also, super close the glacier lagoon and diamond beach!

There’s no water in the morning as water supply works differently in the mountains. Had we know we would have saved some water the night before

We didn't like that there wasn't any dining available onsite. Also there were dead bugs all over the bathroom ceiling. The room itself was nice but didn't feel worth the expensive rate per night.
