The perfect little spot!
Overall, our stay at Wellington street was perfect for our time away. We were walking distance to the main city of Hobart and surrounded by cafes and restaurants! The place was very well kept and perfect for the two of us. It was very clean and had everything we needed! We will definitely be back! Thank you for having us!

Unsuitable apartment with NO REFUND
We sent the following message to the owner on the 18th January 2021: We will be locking your house keys in the key safe box by 6pm today. We have chosen not to stay for any of the seven prepaid nights, due to: 1. We have four large suitcases and because of the tiny size of your cottage and the absence of luggage racks, there is no place to unpack 2. You have no laundry 3. There is no shower-curtain hanging on the shower-curtain rail. 4. Upon our arrival yesterday, both the external green and yellow top rubbish-bins were full and smelly. 5. The little front courtyard is covered with weeds some of which are higher than 50cm. Yours would have been the third STAYZ unit for us since December 2020. We made good reports on both the cottage in Paddington (Brisbane) and the Toowoomba unit (Qld). Both places provided all the facilities we required, including laundry facilities. Both places are more spacious than yours and each owner is charging a considerably lower rate than you.
