The staff were attentive. But we felt the managers of this hotel were trying to get more money from us for every service and this was after paying a fairly high price for one night.

This was a great and convenient location for our arrival and departure from Hobart. It was clean and comfortable and had great dining options. We were a little surprised by the parking fee charge of $5 AUD, but they thankfully waived it on our 1st stay. The only downside was our dinner on the 19th, it took forever, and it seemed that others were getting served first, though we had arrived earlier. The waitress was awesome and had our meal plated up so we could take it to our room. Overall, very nice, and we would be happy to stay there again.

Very handy to Hobart Airport, friendly staff and a great meal in the restaurant. We were given a free bottle of wine on check in. Our king bed was very comfortable, the bathroom had the usual toiletries supplied. The only downside was the aircon was a little noisy. We would definitely stay here again!

Great room, clean and comfy. Staff were nice. Reception was 24/7 open. Only issue: don't be fooled by the "Airport" name, it's 25min walk from the airport, not really next to it. They provide shuttle but only at limited times and at a cost.

The suite was really well equipped (kitchenette, jacuzzi bath, lounge area) - better than I anticipated - and really made the 'last night' an unexpected treat (when it could so easily have been a drag). Reception staff (I think the lady's name was Sammy) was super welcoming and helpful. Very convenient for the airport (20 minute walk with luggage), and Seven Mile Beach is walkable if you're a little more adventurous and want to get a fix of gorgeous coast.

The hotel sits on a property with no other conveniences… Other than a gas station… It’s out by the airport very close… That was wonderful… I had to ask for the courtesy bottle of wine they didn’t give it to me upon check-in… Breakfast was buffet style and not Four star… It might even be considered below average… And the dinner was OK… Certainly is not a high star rated property

Couldn't work out how to cool the room to sleep. Air conditioning wouldn't let me go below 20degrees. It was noisy. No window. Only a sliding door with no flywire or security door.

The Staff member Sammy was excellent, unfortunately that's where it ended. The meals rated at 50/50 ,first nights seafood linguine was just slop, the Parmi the next night was good. They didn't clean the room, left our dirty cups/glasses and towels, just made the bed. For a 4 star hotel , very Poor !

Very pleasant but very noisy neighbours
All good as always, we are very frequently costumers. Only one thing, our neighbours the last night were a numerous and very noisy family (Arabic or Indian family). The kids jumped and yelled until near 23:30, and the adults talked so loudly, shout the doors, yelled at the corridor until near 0:00 or later.
