Great homely stay at a superb location
Our family spent 3 nights at Erica's place and it was an absolutely pleasant stay. Erica well prepared everything we needed and more, the front yard garden is lovely and offers a few herbs that we enjoyed with our meals. The place is located near to Woolworths, near to the beach (we did not swim but had a fantastic walk along the sandy stretch), super quiet and peaceful. We will stay here again next time we are in Hobart.

It is one of the best stayz we have stayed so far. The place is perfect for 4 people. It has everything you need. Erica made the home feel comfortable. the location was next to a calm beach. It was very easy to communicate with her, and we will definitely stay again if we come back to Tassie.

Christmas trip
We had a wonderful stay in Erica's accommodation. The unit itself is private, spotless, cosy and had everything we could need. We could stand in the kitchen and see the water which was fabulous, and a child friendly beach is a very short walk. Erica was a fabulous host who provided everything we needed and more, the personal touches such as food, a Christmas card and chocolates and plums from the garden made us feel very welcomed. The outdoor area was a lovely spot to sit as we listened to birds and ate plums from the tree, our toddler loved it. The beds were comfortable, rooms were spacious and had plenty of storage. The kitchen had everything. We need. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we will definitely be returning.

Spacious clean and felt like home.
Myself my partner and my mum stayed here in December. The unit was exactly as advertised. Clean and spacious. The host communicated everything really well. We loved all the personal touches that Erica made throughout the unit. The decor had a nice homey feel to it which made it feel like home instead of a hotel room. Highly recommend staying here on your visit to Hobart. Great location especially if you have a car.
