Parking is a terrible matter in this hotel, there is no fixed parking for the boarders. You need to compete with the people who come for gambling. Main door drunk people siiting on the stairs. Not a family friendly environment after evening. Air conditioning is almost dead and good for nothing.
Amazing views over Hobart, excellent value for money, basic motel facilities but all new appliances (TV, heat pump, kettle). Easy for a quick work visit to Hobart.
Parking limited. Very noisy with the pub down stairs but reception staff were lovely.

This was a great hotel for a last minute booking. It’s a bit dated and perhaps expensive for what it is but it was clean the room was huge and staff friendly. A little bit away from the centre of Hobart and quite elevated- lots of hills if you’re on foot. Pretty good- I’d stay again.
The hotel staff was efficient. The hotel room has a great view. However it hard to sleep due to the noise of next door guests, who played games and talked very loudly till 1-2 am.
Staff were outstanding. Twice had to canx room booking due COVID and when delayed arrival due weather. Jason, at reception, had no hesitation refunding amount paid. Staff very welcoming and obliging in accomodating our needs. Highly recommend and will be staying there again on our next visit
We only stayed one night but it was everything we needed for the night. Bed comfortable

This was a last minute booking after another place left me in the lurch…and I couldn’t have been happier with the end result. It’s unpretentious, not posh by any means, but does what it’s meant to do. The water view was a bonus. This will become my go to place in Hobart.
Pub style accommodation, but normal hotel sized room etc. I had a view over the river and the city: very nice! Walk to downtown but taxi back (it’s at the top of a hill).
