Summary:
Located in a quiet tree lined street, just minutes to Sandy Bay's vibrant eat street, this brand new (2021) villa is well appointed with guest comfort in mind to ensure a comfortable stay.
The villa provides an open plan living area and fully equipped kitchen with high quality Miele appliances, and an elevated large outdoor patio with water views. The lounge, with it's comfy wood effect gas fireplace, is the perfect place to relax after a days sightseeing. Great for families and friends

The Space:
A single level, easy to access villa, with all the modern inclusions you come to expect with a high quality property. The property has 6 star insulation so you can be confident that you will be warm during Hobart's cooler months.
Our vision was to provide a property that could provide accommodation for family groups, couples, or friends travelling together, and with large indoor and outdoor spaces you can enjoy the home during all seasons .
The floorplan provides for the main bedroom with a queen bed and ensuite, the second bedroom with queen and the third bedroom a single with trundle and a bunk beds.

Guest Access:
Guests have full use of the house for the duration of their visit

The Neighborhood:
Sandy Bay is a one of Hobart's premier locations, on the Derwent River, and just minutes to the city centre .There are many great dining options, supermarkets and coffee shops just a short walk from the house. Salamanca is a 15-20 minute walk (3 mins in the car) and the wharf precinct just a little further.
Go for a stroll along the Derwent River or explore Battery Point, all within walking distance.

Getting Around:
Bus services are not far away on Regent Street, however it's best to have a car to explore all of the city and the beautiful surrounding areas including the Coal River Valley wine region, Huon and Derwent Valley and historic Port Arthur.

Other Things to Note:
All our linen is provided by our linen service, and includes towels for guests. It is of high quality and professionally laundered, so is comfortable to sleep on and fresh!

If you require a porta cot or high chair this is available on request at the time of booking

Fabulous accomodation for my work trip
This property is amazing-I am a fashion Agent who conducted appointments from the property-very spacious,modern,everything you need,lovely view,next to a school but not noisy at all Great parking and an easy walk to the sandy bay shops Will be rebooking for my next work trip in September have stayed in alot of Stayz properties in Hobart by far the best -finally found the perfect place

New 3 bedroom unit with large living area and kitchen. Views of the harbor and Mt Wellington. Not quite walking distance to the main attractions but pretty close. Quiet area with very little traffic. It was school holidays though, and there is a school next door.

Loved our stay in a great part of Hobart. The house was perfect for two families, all that we needed and with a lovely view. Shame the weather wasn’t a little warmer to enjoy the balcony!!

What a lovely week for Dark Mofo…. The property was in a quiet neighbourhood, (the school next door was yearly heard). It was very safe, clean, warm and everything we needed was available in the kitchen. Thoroughly recommend.
