Central and clean Hostel
The staff of Hostel was very Lovely and friendly, the room and bathroom of Hostel very clean, and the environment very quiet even though only 5 minutes walking away from Hostel to the City center. There enough facilities in Hostel and free Wi-Fi.

Terrible customer service
Went there for a few nights and at the beginning everything was fine and bed was comfy. Had to ask to service the bathroom as when I arrived there was not toilet paper or soap. Upon coming back at the end of the day, nothing had be done. The next day I got some up around 9:30am by staff who tells me there was a problem and that I had to move room. Not only, it was a downgrade, but it was a mistake made by the owner. At 10am, staff came back to the room without knocking and I was changing to know when I would move...knowing that they made a mistake and I had until 11am to check out. Let just say that I wouldn't recommend that place to anyone.

After arriving i was told there were no free rooms , how is it possible if i had booked a room? They wanted to change us to another hotel of the same group. Fortunately after calling Hotels support team everything was solved .Poor room and the toilet was outside the room.

Lovely hotel off the street so no noise.Up several flights of stairs would be my only complaint.Otherwise it was very clean newly decorated,and had a lovely bathroom.I liked the trendy colours in the room and great having a fan and aircon

Wrong room
Booked and paid for a private double with window and bathroom for my daughter who was travelling alone. Apparently this was a system error as there were none available and was given a bed in a 3 bunk bed room, no window, no bathroom. Only person in dorm so she felt very uncomfortable as she couldn’t lock the door so didn’t sleep a wink! Unable to communicate to hotel staff so she left after 1 night (paid for 3) I could get this type of room for under five pounds a night so am not happy to accept the 50% off Expedia are offering me.
