The nearby restaurants and coffee shops made walking at meal time a very short excursion. I frequently visited Taco Del Sol! I heard a few construction noises while in my room but don’t think it ever interfered with sleep or TV watching.

The staff are great but the management is very bad. We booked for stayed 10 days but on the 7 days they are cancel our booking without notice and put the price up. I did talk to the manager and they offered us to look for another hotels somewhere with may have a cheaper room. I never see any rules like this anywhere in the world . We end up moving out another hotel with cost us a lots more with taxis and short notice booking charges this is make our lives upside down,we are on vacation and don’t need something like this I hoping any traveling out there before you booking staying at Sunrise central h c m city think twice . I recommend this is the worst management and I will never come back to stay at this hotel again Sunrises central Ho Chi Minh City.

The bed is super big ( even bigger than the king size bed) but the room is too small. The facility is very clean but sometimes we smelled the sewage!!! The breakfast is excellent and the staff is very nice. Location is perfect for tourists.

I liked everything about my stay except two very minor details. It was a small cozy size (prefect) but no window. The second, no hot water, though the weather was pretty hot, so the warm water worked fine.

I will be seeking a refund as I had to move out due to excessive noise due to construction taking place next to the hotel day and night. Also for the 4 nights I actually stayed there I only had hot water for one of them. The kettle and safe were also not working. I have a video clip of the issue with the water system and audio clips of the noise. Please contact me in relation to a refund.
