The hotel staff, from the reception to dining lounge to room cleaning, are all extremely polite, attentive, helpful. Special thanks the the General Manager - Alexander Schoell, Front Desk Manager Le Đoàn Duy Khang for their prompt responses to minor issues of the foreign guest behaviors. We truly appreciated the attention and resolve. The hotel is located right in the middle of DistrIct One of the city, walking distance to lot of fine dining and eateries as well of the Japanese town nightlife. The best view of the river toward the new Baxon bridge and luxurious Thảo Dien in the distance, and the beautiful Me Linh Square.

Great location for tourist, even better service
Great location. Better staff. Room was ready around noon - 2 hours before check in time. Reception desk member was very professional and courteous. Offered me free breakfast although not included in my reservation. Also got my room extended by 2 hours for the following day’s check out. I know it’s dependant on how busy they are but they proactively provided that without me asking. The hotel is perfectly located for tourists (great riverfront views) and easy walking distance to most tourist sites. My stay was really enjoyable.

The hotel is doing it's best to prove 5 star property, service is truly exceptional. Down points to improve: 1. Static shower heads - forget washing your private parts . No moving shower head nor bidet. 2. Breakfast disappointing, the freshness is not top class and the bakery is not hot and crisp like it should be. Custom Omelette station needed and fresh breads too. More flexibility with late checkout will be appreciated.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Concierge service was a standout. Breakfast buffet was high quality with a wide variety to select from. The only minor downside was the pool bar being closed for most of our stay. Would stay again.

Gym located on 21st floor and caused a lot of pounding noise at 6am in the morning. They have to move my room to the lower level on the other side. No late checkout offer even though I am a gold elite Marriott Bonvoy. Very disappointed.

Very good location but the rooms are very old, must be renovated from the bathroom to the bedrooms. In addition the bath towel sizes are very small. Loby, restaurant is looking good but not the rooms. A lazy shower and all the faucets must be renewed. It is not Mariot Bonvoy standard. Very dissapointed.
