I appreciate they moved my stay date to a later time. But the room I stayed was so dark. The lighting was so dimmed plus a dark brown color ceiling make it worse. The air conditioning was not working from the time we checked in around 10:30 pm until 5:15 pm the next day. The night shift receptionist said he will have it fixed by the time we come back but it was still very hot and humid when we came back. I came downstairs to tell him again that the air conditioning is still not working and he looked like he was annoyed by us. We couldn’t sleep most of that night. The room and furnitures are old. My daughter’s knee was scratched by a sharp metal bed frame at the corner. The bed frame is larger than the mattress so it sticks out a lot. We accidentally kicked on it many times. Another thing I was so disappointed is that they don’t even have a scale to weigh my luggages. All my stays at many hotels, they all have a scale for their customers to weigh their luggages. Also the lobby was not at all like the picture. The front half of the lobby is a massage shop. So whenever you walk into the front lobby you will be ask if you want a massage. It is very annoying. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone. They need to change the pictures on their website with the current condition of their hotel. The pictures on the Expedia is not accurate. It is so misleading.

I have previously commented on this property, we are totally disappointed with Expedia’s description of this place, it was nothing like we had high hopes for, I guess you get what you pay for, but to describe this property as a 3 star hotel, recently fully refurbished is in my opinion false advertising, we wouldn’t recommend this place!!

This property wasn’t anything like we expected, as depicted in your Expedia advertising, the description wasn’t as shown,for example our room was described as 35 square metres well it was barely 20 sq.mts.,”with balcony” it was barely one point two sq.mts. recently refurbished well we don’t know where,breakfast available ,yes at a different restaurant, spa ? didn’t see one,daily room service? forget it ! Unfortunately unbeknown to us we booked this place before spending the first couple of days,the staff did not speak English, although they were only doing their job ,so no blame on them, most of the blame lies with Expedia for false advertising ,nothing like we had hoped, not recommended.

I know it’s a hotel in the lower price range. But I have paid half this amount and had far superior. The photos are very deceiving the rooms look a lot bigger and more up together comfortably. It’s probably the worst hotel I’ve stayed in while traveling around Asia for 40 years

Had pre booked, received confirmation, request specifically balcony also confirmed, paid for hotel arranged driver for pickup at airport also confirmed- driver picked up but dropped at a sister swan hotel, insisting we stay there ! Absolutely no approval from us, took us to another swan sister hotel, still not our confirmed hotel - now 1 am in the morning very angry and would not recommend any swan hotel properties at all in Ho Chi Minh - bad bad bad service
