I appreciate they moved my stay date to a later time. But the room I stayed was so dark. The lighting was so dimmed plus a dark brown color ceiling make it worse. The air conditioning was not working from the time we checked in around 10:30 pm until 5:15 pm the next day. The night shift receptionist said he will have it fixed by the time we come back but it was still very hot and humid when we came back. I came downstairs to tell him again that the air conditioning is still not working and he looked like he was annoyed by us. We couldn’t sleep most of that night. The room and furnitures are old. My daughter’s knee was scratched by a sharp metal bed frame at the corner. The bed frame is larger than the mattress so it sticks out a lot. We accidentally kicked on it many times. Another thing I was so disappointed is that they don’t even have a scale to weigh my luggages. All my stays at many hotels, they all have a scale for their customers to weigh their luggages. Also the lobby was not at all like the picture. The front half of the lobby is a massage shop. So whenever you walk into the front lobby you will be ask if you want a massage. It is very annoying. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone. They need to change the pictures on their website with the current condition of their hotel. The pictures on the Expedia is not accurate. It is so misleading.
