Good bed and breakfast choice
I booked the delux room with garden view (room 601). The room was comfortable and facilities are kept clean. The bed is comfortable. The ceiling fans was helpful, when the aircond takes sometime to cool the room There were mold and pealing of the walls, but that not a problem for us. The breakfast buffet was very reasonable and good. I would come back again.

Older hotel with good location. My normal place to stay in Saigon. Electric outlets are not a strong point so being an extension cord. Good value for the price.

some small animals were i the rooms.. the rooms looks much better in the pictures but not in the reality yet. also very loud from traffic and the life music in front of the hotel.

The hotel is very old but we found our room clean & comfortable, the shower was also great as we have had some doosies on our travels. It was just around the corner from a street of restaurants & we walked to the both markets, we spent a lot of our time just walking around to see what Ho Chi Minh was all about. We also took a tour to the Cu chi tunnels organised by the hotel & it was great. We returned to the hotel for another night before we flew out. The reception staff were very good but we found the breakfast staff quite grumpy but the food was still okay even though we had to ask to fill up the coffee pot most days. They actually acknowledged us on our return, maybe their english was the problem & it is after all only a budget hotel.

Great location, excellent staff, fabulous bfast
A bit old, but the room is tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The staff is amazing and very helpful, they did everything - booked our day tours and bus tickets onwards to Siem Reap, and taught us how to get to the downtown sites. The buffet breakfast was excellent - we didn't feel the need to seek out the best pho in town because the hotel's beef and chicken pho were fabulous, plus good banh mi, too. The hotel is right along Pham Ngu Lao, so everything is within walking distance - the Ben Thanh market, the famous banh mis, egg coffee, lots of restaurants nearby, with a weekend food bazaar at the park across the street.

Decent hotel in a nice location
No real issues with the hotel, there was no free bottled water in the room which seemed mean, but available at reception and only 1 time in 3 days did we have a hot shower. However we would stay here again

Nice hotel in great location
Lele hotel was in a great location, in walking distance to many of Ho Chi Minh City's interesting landmarks, markets and delicious restaurants. The accomodation itself was nice and good considering the price paid. Rooms can be a little noisy due to the street traffic so I would recommend bringing ear plugs if you are a light sleeper :)

Disappointing with the condition of the room and bathroom for the price you pay. No room to swing a cat in. Cooling was out of date and would not have been serviced since installed.

Hotel condition is quite okay. but the location to Ben Thanh market is far and need to cross at least 3 main road. walking distance is around 10 minutes to ben thanh market. at night, the area quite noisy and its not recommended for family with small children. Bad side for this hotel is the hotel not provided iron which i think at least they prepare 1 area for self iron services. Good thing is it near to the 24hours shop and easy to buy mineral water, etc.

OK for 1 night, no more!
We booked our last night in Vietnam at LeLe Hotel because it was conveniently located at walking distance from the Sinh Tourist bus office where we were arriving. We were given a room on the 9th floor which unfortunately did not look at all like what we had seen on the internet. It was an old looking, dark room which was very uninspiring. We had paid a little extra to have a room with a window but there was a tiny window which was facing the wall of the building across the tiny alley, so there was basically no natural light coming in! The area was nice with a lot of restaurants and cafes nearby. I would not consider this hotel again for my next stay in Saigon.

First time to Vietnam. Hotel was close to things that you could walk too easily. Food, bar's shopping etc. The street shops are cheaper then the main market Ben Thanh. But certainly worth the look and maybe a bargain if your lucky. I would stay there again :)

Great Value Hotel, Awful Check-in Experience
This hotel is at a great location, clean, and breakfasts are fantastic. The reason for not giving it 4-5 stars however was the not so great check-in, where they almost severely downgraded us. We had booked and paid fully for this hotel 3 months in advance. When my family and I arrived at our hotel, we saw a bit of uneasiness from the reception staff when they saw our names. They then told us that we would be staying at Duna Hotel, and not Lele as we had paid for. Keep in mind, Lele hotel at the time was more expensive than Duna, and we paid for the family room as it was four of us. The staff told us that it was the exact same, despite our concerns. Long story short, the room they provided was not the same at all as what was advertised at LeLe. Broken faucettes, small room, and filthy. After 24 hours in transport, it was not what we had hoped for. We came to complain, saying we wanted LeLe as that is what we had paid for, and were finally confessed to that they sold out the hotel. We had been bumped down, with no apologies or offers of reimbursement. We said there was no way we were staying at Duna. After mentioning that we would contact expedia to rebook us, one of the staff found us a room. The whole ordeal took 4 hours of our time. If we didn't stand our ground, we would have spent our holiday in a rundown room. The rest of the stay was pleasant, and majority of the staff was great. Just be wary that Duna and Lele have the same owners, but different rooms and condition

Dirty Hotel
The staff was very nice but the hotel was very dirty and nothing like the pictures at all. The bathroom was full of mosquitoes and the room was overall uncomfortable and dirty.

Very cheap and clean. Don't expect too much and you'll be fine. The hotel needs a bit of work doing to it, rooms might have a bit of wallpaper torn off and some of the finishes are a bit rough, but the main thing is that it's clean and the staff are excellent.

Location was great, it's within the heart of the city, a walking distance from market, malls & bus terminals, staff was so friendly & even the security guards, they assist as to bus terminal for our travel outdoor activity.

Facilites and amenities are little bit old, except this all the things are nice and reasonable. And location was really closed to the main street, so great accessibility is one of advantage for tourists. 여행자거리에서 매우 가깝고 풍짱버스, 신투어와도 걸어서 30초 거리라서 매우 좋습니다. 다만, 여자끼리 오거나 커플 같은 경우에는 더 좋은 곳 가시는 것 추천드려요. 남자끼리 오면 매우 좋음

Disgusting cockroach infested dump
The place was a disgrace. Cockroach infested, dump and mould every where. Wiring hanging from electrical appliances.stairs obstructed with big boxes, cleaning materials, clean and dirty linen. Small I sects crawling over our belongings within minutes. It was so bad we left and found another hotel.

Ok but nothing special
Spent just 2 nights here. It served the purpose as it was conveniently located for walking to many sights. But there are many small similar hotels located in the same area, some of which appear to have more character than LeLe. So I'd try a different one. LeLe, although reasonably clean and comfortable, could use more attention to cleaning details, run down decor, etc. My room on 10th floor was quiet, nice view of city at night but window was tiny. Air conditioner very loud, needs repair. Fridge barely cold at all. Bad water stains on wall. Room is quite dark. A lamp on desk would help.
