This hotel is okay, there’s a lot of tourists, restaurants and bars. Just a little noisy at night but it’s worth to stay if you don’t mind the clouds at night time.

Decent property for a reasonable price at an excellent location very close to the noisy Bui Vien night life zone but actually very quiet since it is not that close The hotel is in a alley together with many other hotels, restaurants. People mostly European and American tourists sit on both sides of valley to drink, to chat day and into late night watching young people walking back and forth to the noisy Bui Vien street and dancing clubs. Love the amiable hotel manager Loan and her staff who all know me well as I have stayed more than 60 days this year.

Great location , hotel in a long alley plenty of restaurants not far from walking street if you like clubbing it . Spent 6 nights , booked three with Expedia decided to extend another three but was charged full rate by hotel didn’t realise till I left , very disappointed with that Close to everything you need.

The hotel locates in a short alley that goes out to either Pham Ngu Lao or Bui Vien. Though it is only less than 5 minutes walk to the noisy Bui Vien walking street, the alley is absolutely quiet with many other hotels and restaurants coexisted, lots of outdoor tables along the alley filled with mostly more matured Westerners eating and drinking beer quietly looking at each other and passers-by. Hotel rooms are clean and fairly new, amenities are in good condition. Morning buffet is decent with different choices to adapt eastern and western guests. I extended my stay that lasted betwen Jan 10 to Feb 5 2019 with direct booking through the hotel manager Ms. Dung, an affable sweet young lady who is proficient in handling her tasks. There is a modern shuttle bus #109 that goes between Tan Son Nhat airport (SGN) and Pham Ngu Lao bus station which is 3 blocks walk to the hotel for 20,000 vnd, less than US$1.00, a fraction of the normal taxi rate, and is good for travelers with wheeled luggages. There are lots of travel agencies with tour buses travel to all over Vietnam nightly in the area. Overall I am pleased with my stay and would return on my next trip probably 9 months from now.

A pleasant surprise
Actually I thought I was booking a different hotel. It looked like the same one as before and in the area I wanted to be, but when I arrived, I realized my error. The good part is this one was a little nicer, in a better area and was less expensive even. I am already planning my next return 😉

The location of the hotel is great. Less than a 5 minute walk away from all the action at Bui Vien street. However, I'd expect more from a hotel that charges almost SGD 50 for a standard room with a window. The breakfast is included, yes, but you're either looking for more than that like an in house spa or gym, more cleanliness in the hotel, better infrastructure, better planned rooms. I feel like I paid 10-12 bucks more per night for nothing.

Very nice hotel
We stayed for 4 weeks and had vip room at front of building but sometimes the music from the nearby park was very loud. Having said this we intend staying there again next year but in a windowless standard room.

The location of the hotel is good for people who'd like to stay in the tourist areas. It's surrounded by plenty of restaurants, bars, and convenience stores - you'll never run out of options, out of patience, maybe but never out of options. It provides your basics like a bed, toiletries, breakfast, and room service, however, I'd have liked more facilities for the money they ask. Still, a decent choice if you're on a budget.

It was ok
I have had better for a similar price. I can’t fault the hotel staff. They were friendly and helpful at all times. A/C doesn’t run unless you are in the room so it is quite stuff when you get back to your room. It takes a bit for it to cool down. We were greeted with a cockroach in our room. It was ok for what we paid for it. I will probably look elsewhere next time though.

Didn't visit Ho Chi Minh City for almost a year. While this is my Holiday trip with 2 friends. I recommend to book this Hotel for our 3 night stay. Each of us book a VIP room. Room is clean and big. Every of us enjoy staying here with all things that is so convenience to reach. Food restaurants and night life activities. While is good to stay here. Enjoy. 😊😊😊

Very good but breakfast poor.
Overall the hotel is very good value. I would rate it a 7.5. If they improved on the very ordinary breakfast, I would give it an 8.0. I couldn't even get a cup of hot black tea!

Nice hotel that is close to the tourist district
We've booked this hotel on our last night in Ho Chi Minh City. It was a great hotel with very comfortable bed linen, and the best shower (pressure) we've used yet. Since it was our last night in the city, our flight was not until 5PM and the checkout time was 12PM noon, we've extended the checkout time it till 3PM paying only 30% extra (10 USD roughly for the Twin Bedroom with Window) which we're very happy about, instead of paying for a full extra night.
