Friendly staff, but they failed to deliver what was communicated to me via email exchange when I let them know our late flight arrival time and that it was a special trip my 70yr mother and I. Their response to me was "We well noted your request and will arrange for your mom and you a high floor and quite room." They stuck us on a low floor with no city view, loud neighboring units and loud karaoke playing throughout the night. Not what I expected at all. I called the next morning requesting another room but they never got back to me. I had to followup with them for a second time. The staff reluctantly said she could only move us one floor up (which was 2 floors above their lobby). We didn't bother to at that point as we didn't know whether the next unit would be worse than the one they had put us in.

Clean and quiet and nice staff. The room had all that was required and more. Laundry was nice. However, the broken sauna was disappointing and the pool area was very basic-at-best.

Location is a bit difficult to find - the main lobby is out in the back behind the Public Bank. Overall property is clean / staff friendly and its great having a big room with all the kitchen items (Great for ordering food delivery!). The room has a good soundbar system!

Highly recommend this hotel in District 3
Highly recommend staying here when in HCM. Clean, spacious and well appointed rooms with kitchenette. Friendly and helpful staff and great location within walking distance to restaurants and shops and only a five minute walk to the tourist spots in District 1

The hotel is fine, the rooms are comfortable and renovated, the front desk staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Ms. Ngoc Thao (guest service) and Ms. Thuy, always very willing to help and solve any unforeseen issues, I would definitely return to the hotel, especially for the staff, the boy in the morning also very helpful

The night receptionist named Minh delivered a horrendous services. He didn’t even greet or say anything when I came in. I thought he got hearing or speech impaired but surprisingly he eventually spoke few words for asking my passport. The most shocking moment happened when he literally took a picture of my passport by his personal phone instead of scanning machine, I’m wondering if it’s really the process of check-in? But it was definitely an act of stealing personal information. After check-in done, he left me struggling 3 big suitcases, no help no assistance offered. Even when he saw one of my suitcase stuck in the elevator since i had a very hard time to manage all of them at the same time but he was like a statue literally standing behind the counter and watched my clown show. NEVER COME BACK….. the WORST hotel I ever stayed.

I have stayed here a number of times since it first opened and I’m surprised at how well the hotel has been kept and how clean it is. Everything is very clean including the elevators and of course the rooms are spotless. Best value for a room I’ve ever seen!

Great hotel in Saigon
Excellent hotel..absolutely spotless.. Fantastic black out curtains.. Very responsive front desk.. Great swimming pool and great gym equipment. However here's some feedback.. It needs more than two sunbeds.. The gym should switch their aircon on.. The aircon was faulty in the room. Breakfast was hit and miss.. Weird shower bath design meaning the bathroom was permanently flooded
