It was a great hotel in a great location in the center of ho Chi Minh City, It was my first time visiting the city and wanted to stay somewhere central so that i could walk everywhere and this hotel was perfect, Its near the cathedral, war museum, and so many other things. The hotel staff was wonderful and all spoke great english. The room was quaint and had everything you would need. They even had water bottles in the fridge (free) and fresh fruit every morning for us as well. We were having trouble with our sim card and our iphone and the front desk staff went above and beyond helping us with the translation and install. Great customer service! I will definitely be staying here again on my next stay to the city.

Don't stay at Aristo Saigon
Every employee at the front desk was rude and never smiled or acknowledged us when we left or walked into the hotel. Pamela and another older lady at the front desk were so condescending and rude to me when I asked to extend my stay one night and was ready to pay. Then another day Pamela was only nice to me because I wanted to book a tour with her. Room and bathroom are just average. The thermostat is so old it was hard to figure out how to use it and every time you get back to the room it's hot and humid and you have to turn on the A/C and wait for it to cool down the room. At the breakfast buffet I asked the "chef" for a sunnyside up egg and he returned an already fried egg from a plate back to his pan and warmed it up that way?? I didn't eat any of the hot foods because they were so bad. The coffee was bad every morning. Stay somewhere else if you want hospitality and decent service from employees.

We love the Aristo because of the friendly service , comfortable beds and the best breakfast , also on arrival Pamela gave us a room upgrade with free mini bar we were very happy, the Aristo is one of the best hotels in Saigon , highly recommend

Pleasant two days stay!
Except for occasion unpleasant smell in the bathroom, apparently from back venting of the sewer drainage system, overall the stay was great.

Hotel ok. Breakfast excellent. Coffee is Vietnamese - black with no coffee flavor. The hotel leaves their cleaning carts in front of the elevator. The Toppings Beef restaurant around the corner is excellent.

Staff are helpful. Hotel is in good location. Breakfast is good. The mini bar in the room provides 2 beers,2 cokes,2 bottles of water and 2 mandarins for free. Hotel is not new, room has window but you can not see much outside cause there is a high building next door with people can look into your room. The dining room is small and always seem busy . But overall with the price and all the services it provides, I am happy with it.

Great Hotel
This hotel is top-notch booked at the last minute as we had booked into another hotel that had sold our rooms and then downgraded us. Through hotels.com we got a really great deal. I can't fault this hotel at all thank you Hotels.com and thank you management and staff of the Aristo.

The food for breakfast was great! The staff is friendly and welcoming. The room had ants crawling on the tables but was clean for the most part. Location was great! I would recommend coming back again.

I only spent the night in preparation for my return to America. They made me fell as welcome and comfortable as possible. I was well rested for my long journey home. I hope to return soon to spend more time at such a wonderful hotel....

Cold and unfriendly.
Incredibly cold and unfriendly staff. No hello or goodbye, no help with doors or bags. Left us sitting at checkout failing to tell us the room was checked abs we could leave. I really like this hotel and the good rates I get but won’t be coming back, unbelievably rude.
