"The hotel is so conveniently located - mere steps to the airport in Sydney. The room was clean and quiet. Our flight out was delayed 12 hours, we were able to book a late stay (for $100) for a 5 pm check out. Made a miserable day much more tolerable! Staff was helpful and friendly. "

They also have a lovely common bar/library area in each hotel. The hotel in Sydney is located next to Wynyard station which makes it convenient for guests to take advantage of the rail, bus and light rail services. We loved the self serve check in and check out kiosks. The staff at both hotels are friendly, helpful and professional "

"The city doesn't get much closer to this hotel! 5 star location, 5 star check in, the guys on the desk were incredibly nice to me and it was so quick. The only thing that was annoying, and that's on expedia was it had parking and the phone number to this hotel is Perth so there was a bit of confusion when i called up. So that's on expedia, not the hotel"
