The room was cleaned & well organised, pretty much all services was available. However, staff communication services was not good. Asked for a tax invoices due to tech issues could not printed out, asked to email didn’t send any email. Emailed them again no one answered. Then had to call to get an invoice. 4th attempt had to take just to get an invoice. In that sense it is poor and need to work on it. Otherwise it a good place to stay.

The property was clean and comfortable but the management was poor. We had asked for a downgrade as our family could not join us and this was not recorded. Consequently when we went to book in we still had the big unit and not the downgrade requested . Hugh was extremely rude and in the end we just out. (. We did pay the tariff.)
