Good for a hostel
Stayed three nights and the staff were amazing, helped with tours and were really friendly. The rooms were decent size and comfortable, also more private beds than most hostels. The toilets and rooms could be cleaner, but it wasn’t dirty. Decent breakfast - bread, jam and fresh fruit.

This place was lovely. Comfy bed and good breakfast. Thuy Twee arranged an itinerary for Vietnam for me and was so helpful with recommendations. Very lovely stay.

Hostel staff were so helpful and kind. Daff especially was very helpful and knowledgable, she gave us lots of advice and everything we booked through her was excellent. She gave good prices and lots of info about recommendations. 24hr help is really useful. The easy rider company we used were excellent, Dujan and his brother Ky were very kind and knowledgable.

Alright little Hostel
The Hostel is in a really good location in the old town of Hanoi, right near everything. The service was really good and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful when we had a few issues (not regarding the hotel) one thing I will say is that these are well taken photos of the Hostel, slightly misleading on the space of the rooms, I am quite broad shouldered and it made it very difficult to actually walk in the space between the door and the dorm bed, I had to shuffle in sideways and even that was a challenge, don’t expect any living space with any real room, the toilets are also showers, so prepare to have to dry down the entire toilet seat before you go, showers are pretty difficult for a tall person to use, but at least they are warm, the bed is very comfy and the wifi is very fast, so when you’ve actually made it into the bed after squeezing through the bedroom, it’s not too bad a place at all. Very impressed with the staff here, they helped us through a pretty difficult problem and for that I’d recommend this place despite a few issues with space.

Very nice, but..
It’s definitely the most comfortable bed I’ve had in Vietnam and I loved the privacy of the beds and how niet everything is, but the 4 nights I stayed there I didn’t speak a word to anyone that weren’t staff. Don’t get me wrong, that was almost what I wanted, but if you are looking for socializing this is not the right place for you. Also the male front desk guy says the weirdest things, and when asking about tours he completely ignored what I was interested in and started a 10 min ramble about Ha Long bay trips, the one thing I told him I wasn’t gonna do.
