"Location is great: 30-40min walk to West Lake, 10min walk away from the main shopping district, 30min walk to the cultural centre & Jing Hang Canal, also located right opposite a snazzy mall and above a subway station. Rooms need major upgrade in terms of sound proofing in-between rooms and also from the corridor. Lack of proper drop-off and pick-up point makes it extra challenging when hailing a ride with luggage. Gym and laundry is combined into a glass room, which is well kept and functional though not too appealing. Quality of staff and service is quite mixed, some are knowledgeable and helpful while some have no clue of things - I expect more from Hyatt, even if its a subsidiary brand. "
