"I originally had some apprehension with staying here based on other reviews, but I was looking for somewhere cheap- and WOW. I loved the stay here!! The beds were clean and comfortable, the bathroom was also clean and the staff were very friendly. This is a great hotel as it’s just down the road from the O2 Shepherd’s Bush Empire (what we came for) and both of Shepherd’s Bush’s tube stations are less than a 10 minute walk away!! Additionally, many reviews mentioned that they booked Sapphire and were asked to stay in the Pearl (sister hotel) this was also the same case for us, however, instructions to do so were clear and simple so don’t worry. A 5/5 star stay for sure, if I’m ever in Shepherd’s Bush again, this will be the hotel I choose!!"

"This was a perfect place to stay for a shopping trip, just a few minutes walk from the Westfield shopping centre and near to the underground. Also walked from here to a show at Olympia and back. Staff super friendly and helpful, rooms ideal. Local cafe ( Liz's) just a minutes walk away was perfect for lovely fresh cooked brunch."

"2 night London break nice. Hotel stayed in the millennium building room large overlooking city railway at rear so their was a bit of noise Nice breakfast decent choice of fruit cold meats full breakfast sausages and scrambled egg particularly tasty would stay again "
