It was a contactless stay. Did not see any hotel staff. Towels from previous guest were left hanging behind bathroom door. Bodywash dispensor in shower was empty. Stains on carpet in bedroom im front of cupboard. Fresh towels were clean. Room was tidy and clean and had been renovated at some stage. Building was old and not fully maintained.
