Service was amazing and the property manager even checked in with us as we checked out, and I felt that they really cared about our experience. Breakfast buffet was beautiful, delicious and had a lot of variety."

"As prior reviews have said, the location in the Old Quarter is superb. A few minutes walk to the main attractions around Hoen Kiem Lake; for my short stay, many restaurants & plenty to do within walking distance, no need to take taxis. And it's on a small, quiet side street, less chaotic that on the main avenues. Breakfast was very good, lots of variety, tropical juices & they make you eggs to order. Staff very kind & accommodating, & many speak English."
