Terrific Luxury Cruise on Halong Bay
Awesome luxury cruise on Halong Bay. Everything was perfect. The Paloma Suite was definitely worth it, with the spacious balcony at the front of the boat. The food was good, itinerary was fun, crew was friendly. The WiFi was no bueno, so that was only downside if you need it. We stayed 1 night/2day, could easily have stayed an extra night for 2 total.

We had an incredible stay with Paloma. The on board manager and staff were lovely. We loved the activities. We’re not usually the cruisin’ type so this was the fanciest place we stayed overnight. I really could have gone for two days if I had the time and the money. My only gripe was that all the drinks were in American dollars so I had to do a mental conversion twice in my head before paying. Minor i suppose but the cruise is really geared towards American tourists. Halong Bay is a must see and Paloma really made it lovely cruising to the quieter areas. Thanks so much to all the crew!

Highly recommend this cruise.
We enjoyed our stay overnight in Paloma cruise. Our tour guide is very organised and responsible. All other staff in the cruise are very nice and friendly. The view of Halong Bay was so amazing, we really hope that we can stay one more night.

Great value for money one night cruise. Lots of activities squeezed in by the extremely hard working staff....top marks guys. Food was great and drinks decently priced. The cruising part was a bit short. Everything was very orchestrated and all the boats done the same thing. Cruised there.... anchored up... Cruised back. All in all.... very enjoyable but too far to travel from Hanoi for a one night cruise.

We booked the 2 night cruise. It was excellent, lots of fun, packed with activities and excursions into the beautiful surroundings. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The boat and cabins were really nice.

It was an amazing experience from pick up to food to activities to the staff everything was exceptional. They even presented us with flowers and a cake for our anniversary. They had also over booked our stay so had to cancel us but offered a new date with upgrade to the hunnymoon suite which was amazing.

Smooth pickup and check-in process. The guide and staff on-board are all wonderful. The driver arranged to send us back to Old Quarter was abit reckless and was horning quite abit during the drive.

Fantastic Family cruise for us. 3days/2nights highly recommended if you want to swim in the balmy waters of Halong Bay on day 2. Food was exceptional and more than expected. Activities were great for the family but be aware you transfer to a different smaller boat for day 2 activities - bring cash to cover any drinks you have to avoid any embarrassment, something I completely overlooked. Only real mark down if any is the marked difference in drink prices in comparison to anywhere else in Vietnam not included in the cruise. Other than that an excellent boat with a great crew! Thanks Paloma!

Booking in took a while and the room was very hot, Very high step on to transfer boat but after this everything improved greatly and was absolutely fantastic. Lots of wonderful food and plenty activities which you could choose to do if you wished. Staff were amazing and the boat and scenery superb

Paloma cruise on Halong Bay
Really enjoyed our overnight cruise with Paloma. Food was very good and service was excellent. Only complaint was drive back to Hanoi. Used there van service and had 11 people in van, 7 of them a family with 4 small children. Made for a long 4 hour ride back.

Good service with a reasonable staff-guest ratio
Booked a 1 night stay on Paloma cruise. Transport picked us up at our hotel at the agreed timing (2 way transport USD 25 per pax) and we were warmly welcomed by the guide. It is a long 3 plus hour ride and we are glad to have WIFI service available on the go provided by the bus. The cruise is overall cosy and service is great. Food provided on board was delicious but drinks were a little expensive (which I guess would be the same on all other cruises). We had a great stay overall. If given a choice of kayak vs bumboat, choose the latter as you will get to enjoy the scenary. We went on kayak and was busy paddling, plus bringing a camera along was not recommended (as we will get wet) and hence quite a disappointment.

No quarto que eu comprei, e paguei mais caro, deveria haver uma pequena sala anexa, porém, quando embarquei, me colocaram em um quarto normal. Argumentei, porém disseram que naquela embarcação não havia este tipo de quarto. Se não havia o quarto por que foi vendido, por que me enviaram para aquela embarcação??? Fiquei no prejuízo. Quanto ao passeio, o barco é limpo, a cama confortável, as refeições são boas, os funcionários atenciosos, porém tudo acontece de forma muito corrida, o que acaba afetando um pouco o custo benefício, mas parece que este ponto é generalizado, e acontece em todas as outras embarcações.

Nice cruise
Very nice Cruise. Great ship, clean and not worn down at all. Nice service from crew on board and huge amounts of food for lunch and dinner. And very good food as well! Programmer is kind of busy with not much free time except after dinner. That is okay though, and I guess you can just decide not to participate in some activities. Best activity was no doubt the kayaking. Thank you for a nice 2d/1n Cruise.

El barco en muy buen estado, la habitación amplia (para ser un barco). La calidad de la comida muy buena. Quizás las actividades puedan mejorarse (sobre todo el segundo día). Los empleados encantadores, Justin Cao es muy buen guia, te explica todo bien y es muy simpático. En el barco David y Min nos trataron muy bien. Yen también fue muy amable y atenta con nosotros y nos explico muy bien el curso de comida vietnamita.

처음에 1박이 지루하지 않을까 걱정했는데 너무 즐겁고 알찬 일정과 좋은 경관으로 매우 만족한 여행이었음. 하노이 에서 4시간 차타고 와서 잠깐 보고 다시 4시간 차타고 돌아갔다면 정말 후회했을듯 함. 여러나라 사람들과 편하게 친구가 되는 정말 좋은 여행이었음.화장실이 좀 좁지만 배라는 특수성을 생각하면 이해할수 있고 직원들도 너무 친절하고 음식도 좋음

ハノイから往復はそれぞれ3時間以上かかります。ハロン湾観光をゆっくりするなら1泊クルーズがお勧め。
我々は4人（2カップル）で1泊クルーズに参加です。ヒルトン・オペラまで迎えに来てくれました。7：30～7：45にロビーで待つように事前にメールがありましたが、車が来たのは8：00くらいでした。1台に我々4人ともう1グループ(4人）が同乗しました。ハロン湾まで3時間30分くらいかかります。中間点で25分のトイレ休息があります。ハロン湾に到着すると30分ほどパロマクルーズの建物で待たされますが乗船人数分の椅子は充分にありません。近くに売店があるのでビールを買って飲みながら待ちました。乗船は港から25人ほどが乗れるバンブーボートで船に向かいます。船に乗るとすぐにレストランでクルーズの説明とランチがあります。席は決まっていません。そのためサイトの写真では4人一かけのテーブルとなんていましたが団体用に2テーブルつなげているところもあり、我々は最後に乗船したので2つつながったテーブルで送迎で同乗した欧米の若者4人と一緒でした。ちなみに夕食も同じテーブルになりました。我々の船室はパロマスイートで２Ｆの後方の角にそれぞれありダブルベットにＬ字掛けのソファーが一つで2方向がほぼ窓で眺めは最高です。他に１Ｆの両側にデラックスオーシャンビュー、2Ｆ両側にプレミアムオーシャンビュー、２Ｆの船首角にファミリースイートが２つありここだけプライベートテラスがありサマーベットが2つ置いてあります。３Ｆはレストランとバー、屋上がサンデッキで数組のテーブルと椅子、サマーベットが置いてあり、朝は30分ほどの太極拳レッスンが無料であります。ランチ後、ヴン・ヴィエン漁村（水上）のツアーがありツアーの出発地の浮桟橋に向かいます。浮桟橋上は他の船のツアー客も一緒で大変混雑しています。そこから地元のおばさんが漕ぐ小さな船に4～6人づつ分乗して向かいます。30分くらいで1周してきますが日差しの強いときは帽子や水は必要でしょう。小舟の終点は真珠の売店のある桟橋です。パロマクルーズのクルーには気の利かない人がいるようで、我々は最後の小舟でしたが終点に到着する前から何やら説明を始めていて我々が着いた時にはほぼ説明は終わっていたため何を言われたのかさっぱりわかりませんでした。再び船に戻りサンデッキでカクテルパーティーがありますがここも乗船人数分の椅子は無く我々は立ったままの参加でした。この季節の夕暮れは風があると肌寒く長時間はいれない感じでした。夕食前にクッキングスクールがありますが揚げ春巻きを巻くだけですが一番うまく巻いた人に飲み放題が当たるようです。巻いた春巻きは揚げられて夕食時に出てきます。夕食は可もなく不可もなくまあまあです。夜はハン・トロン近くの小島のそばに数隻の船とともに係留しています。他の船のライトが綺麗です、またサンデッキからの星空は最高です。バンブーボート上でイカ釣りも開催されます。運が良ければ数杯釣れるようです。我々はボウズでした。朝日は船首側だと言われていましたが、日の出前に出向したためちょうど我々の部屋から日の出が見えました。島々の間から昇る日の出は最高です！朝食はビュッフェスタイルですが種類は少ないです。朝食後に鍾乳洞ツアーがあり小島に向かいます。鍾乳洞の入り口は高いところにあり階段を上るのが大変です。小島は他のツアー客で混雑しています。その後小さなビーチで30分ほど休息です。椅子やパラソル、カヤックなどを用意している船もあるようですがパロマはありません。ツアー後は荷造りし部屋から荷物を出した後少しだけ休息できます。ブランチを食べて飲み食いの支払いをして下船です。

Abbiamo scelto la camera familiare perché aveva una piccola terrazza, molto carina ma praticamente quasi in comune con l'altra stanza familiare per cui non c'è privacy (le due terrazzine sono divise solo da un piccolo steccato bianco bassissimo). La camera è molto costosa rispetto alle altre ma francamente non vale la pena spenderci tutti quei soldi: i letti sono della stessa grandezza degli altri (strettissimi), e il tempo per stare in stanza a rilassarci è quasi inesistente per cui perché pagare così tanto di più?? Saremmo stati in terrazza nemmeno un paio d'ore in tutto per via del programma molto serrato. L'aria condizionata spara sul letto, così ci si sveglia col mal di schiena e mal di gola, ed è un po' rumorosa. Siamo andati nella baia per rilassarci e goderci il panorama ma l'atmosfera è completamente rovinata dalle mille barche intorno alla tua che sparano musica dance fino a tarda serata.

Aunque los cuartos son un poco chicos (y no tan cómodos), el servicio del crucero es super bueno y la cómida mucho mejor de lo que esperaba. Muy recomendable tomar el tour de 3 días y 2 noches, ya que el día "extra" es el mejor.
