Average hotel stay. Issues : 1. Call center of hotel badly managed , called 5 times before coming and was passed on to multiple desks with no clear answer 2. Bathroom got flooded with water 3. Bags took 30 mins to come down during checkout. 4. Should be 4 star hotel Good : 1. Food was decent and restaraunt staff wanted to help out 2. Gym is nice

Beautiful hotel, courteous staff. Short fair girl at the front desk while me checking in and checking out was very kind and helpful. Service staff was great. Can’t say anything bad about the staff. My next visit to India will be in the same hotel.

Nice business hotel for short stay, not recommended for family vacation as there is no activity for kids. Small property compare to other 5star hotels. Rooms are small and not suitable with kids as there is no lock inside bathroom.

This was my second visit to this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The staff is very helpful and always cater to your needs. The weekends can be a little crowded for buffet breakfasts but the staff do help you out. Special shoutout to Saril from the Latest Recipe restaurant for providing great recommendations. Another special shoutout to Anjali from front desk for arranging everything during my visit.

Terrible experience. Not a 5 star property
As soon as we entered the property we could tell that this is not a 5 star experience because there was no bell boy to receive the luggage earlier and when he came, he was very cold to us. Upon security check we were informed that speakers are not allowed in the room which is very absurd. The room allotted to us had a broken tap and upon usage water started leaking from the tap as well as the bathtub. The air conditioner was not working properly. So we had to request for a room change. The staff is highly inexperienced and not at all courteous as you would expect from a 5 star hotel. The wait time for any type of room service is very long, you will have to call at least twice for something as simple as bath towels which would take 30 mins to come. Terrible experience. Would not recommend at all.

It is one of the best hotels in the city. The rooms are clean and amenities are best in class. I stayed in a club room so it had the club lounge access although the lounge is not functional now due to COVID-19 but they do provide a happy hour in one of the restaurants. The food is very delicious and you get a wide variety of continental breakfast/lunch/dinner. The hotel also has multiple restaurants/cafe/bar in house. The staff is very polite and helpful. Special shoutout to Saril from the Latest Recipe restaurant for providing great recommendations and Akshay from restaurant team for providig great service. Another special shoutout to Anjali from front desk for arranging the decoration of my room for my first anniversary. The Wi-Fi is great and works on each and every floor. Overall I had a great experience and would love to revisit them.
