Great
"The stay was great. The hotel was expensive however for the location and service we were happy with the overall stay. They only let down was at checkout we tried to exit via the O2 walkway attached to the hotel…. this was meant to be opened at 10am. By around 10:10/10:15am a large number of annoyed guests including ourselves were waiting for it to be opened. Somebody had to call the hotel to try and get it opened but this still took a while to happen. "
