We did not have room keys to our room. Someone had to let us in every time we needed to enter our room. I also booked two rooms and they didn't even have them on the same floor. The last time I stayed here the pool and jacuzzi weren't working. I will never book here again

The key entry system was down. Forcing us to be escorted to our room each time we needed entry. The staff was very short and seemed frustrated the entire time. This was inconvenient and affected our timeline.
