At check in I was required to give $100 deposit for incidentals (theft and or damage in room). I think there is some locals using the this hotel. Never a good thing.

I rented a room for my employee thru Expedia, He traveled all day and went to get a room late in th3e evening and the Travelodge Night manager would not give him a room until he paid the night manager $100 cash deposit. The room rate was $62.00 per night. I will never use Travelodge by Wyndam again.

The woman at the front desk was HORRIBLE! Nobody That rude should Ever be put at a front desk Anyway dealing with the public! She refuswd to give the Requested, Reserved room, then got even ruder when asked for a refund. She refused to even give me her name and wore No nametag at all. It will be a Very Long time before I Ever go back to This place!

Loud music with steady drums until 1am. Girls laughing loud and screaming in common area outside our door. I contacted the front desk twice but they never suggested any solutions...i.e. moving us to a different room. Will never stay there again.

If you can afford to stay somewhere else, do it
The room was big and pet friendly with a big fridge, which is what I needed. Everything else in town was $200+/night. So we stayed, even though it was filthy (my socks were black from the dirty floor), the water temperature of the shower fluctuates wildly, the people upstairs sounded like they were right in my bathroom, the towels were so small, & there was nowhere to walk dogs to potty them.

Never Again
The room is very outdated. Stains on floors and chair and sheets. Shower knobs kept falling off and water kept fluctuating from hot to cold while you were showering. Had a smell to the room.

The rooms are hard to find since you can't read the numbers. People are living out of the rooms so you are next door hearing them all night. No carpet on floors and beds are on rollers. Walls are very thin. Not a good stay. You have to request to have your room cleaned and they want a $100 deposit. Never again.

I liked the center grass courtyard for our dog. I didn't like that it seemed there were long term tenants living there. It said there was breakfast on line but there was not breakfast and the area where there had been breakfast in the past was clearly now a storage room. The door in our room did not align with the frame so there was daylight/nightlight, and hot air coming in. There was a area at the top of the stairs that did not align with the metal stairs and I tripped over it 2 times, nearly falling once.

Filthy, run-down, old, ratty hotel. Nobody gives a damn; even the couches in the lobby were stained like they had come out of the local crack house.

Not a good place to bring kids. Customer service very poor. Rooms were dirty and old. They also gave me a room in a smoking area. Wouldn’t recommend it.

Customer service is the worst!
Check in was terrible to say the least. Got there an hour before check in 3:00 to see if i could check in to change for a funeral. They were so rude. Outright refusing me becuaee they didnt have a clean room available yet. Then when i actually checked in layet they were still so rude. Asked for a cot because we had an extra child with us. They didnt have any and also didnt have any extra blankets or pillows. They gave us an extra set of sheets becuae they didnt have access to anything else rhey said. Room was ok very thin blankets and two small pillows for each bed. Bathtub was dirty and didnt drain properly at all. Glad i only had to stay for one night.

The room seemed to be clean however all the furniture is in bad need of replacement, the bed was very saggy, the refrigerator was very dented. The office was very shabby, paint and drywall pealing off the walls, very dark and dingy. I won't stay there again.

Room smelled terrible, old musty smoke. Handle falling off hot water valve in shower plug cracked and falling apart on blowdryer very few outlets and outlets they do have were used for lamps tv microwave and air conditioner.

$100 deposit for a $50 room we stayed in for about 7 hours, with stains on the sheets, bloodstained towels, and Fri-Sun do not factor into the 3-5 days which one must wait ti get their deposit back, which is convenient when you stay on a Wednesday and on Sunday you realize there's still $100 hold on your card when you need it.

I reserved a room with two queen beds. The first room they gave us was one full size bed and smelled of stale cigarette smoke. The second room they gave us had a bed that caved in the middle. No maid service at all. Not once did they even check and see if we needed anything. We had to ask for toilet paper. The shower had hair from previous guests. The entire room was dirty and smelled terrible. The last night we stayed we were kept up all night with guests partying all night. Overall terrible experience and I’ll never stay there again.

One and done stay thank goodness
This stay was very disappointing, from the unusual 100 dollar deposit for what I am not sure. It couldn't have been the furniture inside or the door that hardly locked. This could all have been overlooked until we realized our tv wasn't working properly. None of the channels were matching what it was showing and we had no access to any normal channels. And then when we tried to get wifi on our devices we were told it doesn't always work and that was proved true. The patrons at the bar near our room provided entertainment until way past midnight. The bed was not comfortable and the condition of the hotels lobby would have been my first sign to leave had my room not already passed the non refundable window. This hotel was not cheap either. A little TLC and pride would really help. I have to say the wood floors were a plus and the employee who checked us in was kind.

There were a lot of people milling around and smoking. One man got kicked out for yelling. The building itself is run down and dirty. I didn’t even stay because I didn’t feel safe. There were two adjoining doors to two other rooms. One door I couldn’t be sure was locked, the other had some dog or cat food spilled between the doors. The armchair was filthy. There were red dots on the fridge that looked like they could be blood spatter. The receptionist had the attitude of someone used to getting complaints, luckily she refunded my money quickly.

There is a bar/lounge (not owned/managed by the hotel) that is connected to the property. Bar is very crowded on weekends and unfortunately bar patrons are allowed to poach hotel guest parking at will. Arrived Saturday evening to find no parking available, none, and although there supposedly was hotel security, whomever that may have been was surely overwhelmed by the parking problem and clearly didn't care to manage the situation. However, the front desk agent was very nice, and upon asking promptly gave me a refund. Property appears to have many "hard miles" on it. I've managed hotels for over 25 years and clearly the ownership of this property could care less about maintaining it. Avoid this hotel.

This particular travel lodge hotel had some nice amenities like a pool and a beautiful courtyard with grass and pavilion with tables and a barbecue grill. My room had great room darkening shades and I had a wonderful sleep. Generally, though adequate, particularly for someone like me who usually stays at mom and pop type of hotels that tend to be quaint clean but often a bit outdated, I felt this hotel was in pretty good need of updating. For example, The windows were aluminum framed with glass and one window pane cracked, the carpet was grossly stained with what looked like Kool-Aid and who knows how many other drips, the knobs on the shower didn’t even match when you adjusted the water you had two different knobs to deal with, and the sink and mirror area also needed work as far as updating the counters and fixtures and they even had missing lightbulbs. Time to put some investment and updating the facilities. Windows carpet and fixtures our sorely needed.

Our room was dirty. The mini fridge didn't work and smelled rotten. The floor at the foot of the bed was coming apart. They had only one ice machine and it was broken. It looks like the rooms haven't been redone since the 70's. The furniture was stained. The "clean" folded towels were wet... why were they wet? Were they actually cleaned or refolded and put back?

You get what you pay for
For the price I paid I really shouldn't complain, but the desk staff was rather inattentive, the other clientele concerned me from a safety/security perspective, and the room was barely "clean enough". There was a hair clog in the shower, the floor may as well have been dirt, the iron kept spitting gold sparkles all over my suit jacket, and I almost got a contact high walking to my room from neighbors a couple of doors down. The unique $100 deposit policy is misleading before you actually get there and have the money taken from you. Still waiting for the refund of that, so thus far the stay cost me my quoted rate PLUS $100.
