Large apartment in the party district, ideal for buck's parties or group benders. However, an unpleasant stay for my family and I due to the apartment being located above the nightclub area of Broadbeach and lack of unit soundproofing. Unfortunate and unprofessional response from reception when this issue was raised the next morning.

We stayed at the same place in 2017, convenient location, got public transportation close to all the places. Got WWS next door and chemist warehouse nearby. Lots of food options.

We had an amazing time, our apartment was so spacious, it exceeded our expectations, we had that wow moment when you walk into your room. We were sad to leave. Very central location, close to everything transport, shops, beach etc. very enjoyable stay.

One bedroom apartment was incredible. Very large and clean. Only downside is the building that’s occurring next door, it made it hard to have the balcony door open during the day and enjoy the balcony which unfortunately isnt by fault of the resort. Otherwise highly rate and recommend.

Stayed in a recently renovated apartment on the 21st floor. Beds were super comfortable, the view was great and the apartment perfect for our family with three, active tween boys. Apartment is really well located to restaurants and shops, close to the beach and supermarket. There is a tram that runs straight to Surfers. Loved our stay, would stay again!

Great Location and large size apartment. Needed some refresh with painting quite marked walls and bed was not comfortable very old and linens on the bed were very scratchy, expected better, it was like a low rate hotel bedding

Having to collect your own rubbish and put it in a bin was unusual. And the bin was at a location where you could almost get locked in. Otherwise, all was good and value for money.

Unfortunately there is a significant construction site right next door (Neicon Plaza) and the noise every day except Sunday was unbearable - and it started close to 6am each day including Saturday! I don't think the rooms facing the construction site should be charged at the rate that they were, with a loading for the Broadbeach Blues festival. We could not sit on the balcony, it was too noisy. Other than that, it was a sensational location. There were no tissues either, which is a minor thing I know, but just a small touch which would not go astray.

The property was not that clean and the room had cockroaches in it also the street out front was noisy with hoons all night and out the other side construction started one Morning at 6am and then the Monday at 5.30 and we were told it would not be before 7am. Unacceptable and don’t think we can stay again as noise was a huge problem

The apartment was modern and clean and right in the centre of Broadbeach. Very handy to Woolworths and a multitude of places to eat. Very happy with the Wave Resort.
