I was put in a room that haven't had any house keeping done ..add no towels or doona was told that I would have to doona the next day still didn't hear nothing..and found a females pad with blood on it under my bed and when I spoke with the hotel about it still wasn't cleaned for over 24 hours and I for the hotel for high price hotel witch because of the bloody females pag under my bed and was informed that there was no house keeping done on my room by the receptionist that told me this for the rest of my stay I felt dirty being in that room..I was given a free night because I was wanting a full refund..witch I know I should of got a full refund as this is not expected in any hotel nor a expensive or Budget hotel ..I was not given a full refund as this is very serious what has happened and I have the pictures of the bloody females pad to prove this next two paper work that proves I was at that location...Im very disappointed about this as I have a disability on the ndis and my family paid for the hotel and my hotel....I would like to still get a full refund because of this ...they deserve to have this bad review and I'm taking it to a current affair also

We have followed this up with our housekeeping manager.We would like to note that Housekeeping checked your apartment and offered to clean the unit again, however you declined. We were not able to offer you a full refund as this issues been brought to our attention on the last day of your stay. Sink was not clean. Needs stainless cleaner for fat deposits. Wanted to use spare blanket. It seemed was never washed as it was smelling of sweat. Entertainment optiobs were good abd easy to understand. Kitchen overall was clean. Aircon couldn't be better. Awesome. Toilet clean. Bathroom shower tile wall needs clean. Otherwise ok. Swimming pool looked dirty. Not appealing. Reception area looks classy.

The photos are deceptive. Please use your own discretion. It’s fairly far away from circle of cavil, shops etc. Most importantly it’s not very clean. The blankets are dirty and there is no housekeeping, it’s one in 7 days. Not recommended at all! Thanks Monisha

This is because all apartments are fully self-contained, with a full laundry and kitchen. So although we do not service your room daily to replace items or linen, should you require any further amenities we will happily provide any of the above free of charge if you attend reception to collect. We enjoyed our weekend away. We checked in after hours, communication was excellent. We received a little welcome gifts and a bottle of wine, love it. The Aparthotel is fairly new, location is walkable to Surfers Paradise approx 700m walk. Close to both calm water Budds beach and Main beach. Book here if you want to stay in a less quiet area and away from all the buzz and noise of Surfers Paradise.

Loved our stay at ruby gold coast. The apartment wasnt 100 percent clean. There was some utensils that were abit dirty which i was able to clean easily before use and some black marks and small damages in the walls not too noticeable but other thwn that everything eas pretty good and would stay there again.

As a serviced apartment, there is no cookware in room. We called receptionist, they said housekeeping will get us cookware, but we stayed there 4 nights, it didn’t happen.

The property is in a great location. Easy walk to Cavil St for shopping and dining options. The pool is handy for a relaxing swim. The room itself was well appointed and had spectacular views of the ocean through large windows. However, for a newer building, I was surprised by the dirty walls and skirting boards throughout. Every wall had marks and fingerprints. This was disappointing after paying almost $500 a night for a 3 bedroom apartment.

It is dirtier than a backpackers hostel. I found peoples fingernails and toenails on the carpet (the carpet in general looked like it has never been vaccumed) there was mold in the washine machine and all over the shower, and the pool looked so uncleaned. Staff were great but the place need lots if love in cleaning. Rooms were very dusty , walls with lots of marks. Blinds filthy , windows with lots of hand prints. Skirtings with thick dust all around it. Had to clean all myself first day of check ins due to dust allergies.

The property we were in was a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment so it was extremely spacious for 3 people. It was a 5 minute walk to surfers paradise beach and close enough to most restaurants and bars. Would definitely recommend it

Beautiful apartment, nice and friendly staff. Highly recommend it for long stay, couple, friends and family. Has swimming pool, gym, BBQ space, cafe and restaurant/bar and bending machine(snacks and drinks). Also, good location that you have few public transportations, lots shops and restaurants that you could walk and beautiful beach.
