I booked a room with air-conditioning, only to arrive and find out that the bedrooms did not have air-conditioning, only the main living area. The bedrooms were extremely hot, making it difficult for us to sleep, especially with a young child. I felt very deceived at the time of booking as this was not specified in the advertising of this property on expedia. If I had of known I would have booked else where. It definitely made the stay not pleasurable but rather extremely uncomfortable!!

We got a premium ocean view apartment and im glad we did. It was a good size and seemed to have been renovated. It had everything we needed although compared to other places we stayed they didnt provide as much dish soap etc...so we are glad we bought the leftover packets with us from where we stayed previously because it would have been silly to have to buy everything for one week. Although the property itself, entrance , pool area etc could use an upgrade the pool area was perfect for the kids and really nice to swim in. It would have been nice if the people on the front desk had been friendlier, it did feel like they resented being asked simple questions but we didnt let it worry us.

No dishwasher. Unit had stale musty smell. Blankets were not folded properly in cupboard (which meant they had not been cleaned. Very basic accommodation. Would not want to stay in this unit again.

View was amazing and great location. Unfortunately the room looked nothing like photos presented online. Extremely dated and many cosmetic issues with apartment including stained carpets and rust. Nice heated pool but closed by 7 pm which was surprising. Loved the views from the apartment but would never have booked if photos had been remotely accurate. I understand each apartment is different but there has to be some semblance of accurate representation in what you’re selling.

dear Lisa, we do have some standard units that need refurbishment in the bathrooms and laundry. If you go to our website you can view each unit photo's individually. The pool cover is put on @ 7pm to maintain heat loss during the night and allow the heaters to reach 29 deg in the morning.

My unit was clean and modern. There were plenty of untensils and cooking equipment. The pool was clean with heaps of deck chairs around it The grounds were neat and tidy.

Very friendly staff...nice and clean.. However, quite dated...we had standard room, lovely view from balcony. Bathrooms need updating but still very spacious and comfortable. Well equipped with laundry facilities too...On the whole would definitely book again..

Great location. Staff were very welcoming and very easy to deal with. Great swimming pool. The gym is very good and having a spa and sauna was great. Our apartment was beautifully renovated and furnished.

Property managers Inessa and Peter were exceptional. We arrived a day early for our accommodations and although they had no accommodation available they spent a lot of time helping us to find alternate accommodation. During our stay my husband ran out of his prescription medication so Peter called the local doctor and made an appointment for my husband. Lovely property in a beautiful position.

Well layed out apartment. View from the 15th floor was stunning! Furniture could do with a refresh though - dining table n chairs and deck furniture particularly. Walking distance to all Burleigh has to offer and great proximity to beach access.

Probably just our apartment but it was so dated. Reminded me of visiting my grandparents house back in the 80's. Desperate need for a refurbishment and the furniture was so old and furnishings dirty. Construction next door of another high rise building which we not told about.

The view was beautiful and we were kindly upgraded by the very friendly woman at the front desk. We had a very modern updated room and a stunning view of the water. Beds were comfortable, everything clean and Foxtel provided on the tv with a very comfy pull out lounge 👍 Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Pool, spa and sauna provided as well but we didn’t use them. We would come back for sure!

Great location but refurbishment is needed!
I had a standard apartment with 2 beds 2 baths. It was very dated and was nowhere near 4 star. The view and location are awesome but the ancient horrible carpet needs to be replaced ASAP. I would advise ringing and checking if you’ll be in a refurbished unit BEFORE the free cancellation period. On checking in the receptionist made inappropriate (racist) remarks about my address and I felt she was judging me as I booked in as a solo female guest. Thankfully the gentleman in the office jumped in with some appropriate and welcoming remarks but it was a bit of a shock!

To check your correct address and the number of the guest in the unit is a normal procedure during check-in process. It was a discrepancy between the address, provided through Hotels.com, and the address on your driver’s licence. I could not pronounce one of the addresses, that is it. Very old. Arrived after driving 6 hours to two men arguing-one a body corporate and the other the manager Did not consider young children when placing us in a room full of glass top furniture although when booking we stated two children under 4. Very basic cleaning. We were also not warned of the construction works of drilling Liling’s for another apartment next door so it was extremely noisy. Would not stay here again. Views and location were the only good thing about this stay unfortunately.

The apartment had many faults. Ice trays were broken and unuseable. Kitchen tongs were broken and we had to go and buy new ones. Switch on the wall that turns on the stovetop cooking elements was split and could have electrocuted someone, We had power go out twice and had to reset the switchboard in the middle of the night. we only knew because I use a Cpap machine and it stopped working. However worst of all was the fact that for 3 days of our 7 day stay we had workman hanging from the floor above us grinding concrete on the balcony above so we could not go onto our balcony because of the dust and had to have our doors and windows closed because of the noise and dust. Complained to the management however they did not seemed interested and just blamed the Body Corporate. We went for a restful week and paid a lot of money. A total waste.
