Hotel is old, tired and often under staffed especially at reception. The staff at the pool cafe were rather rude and didnt seem to realise we are the guests, asking for a buzzer so i could go watch the children while drinks were prepared was met with disdain and the comment it wont be long! I got my buzzer had a swim with the kids and 10 mins later it goes off! would they rather i had left my children unattended for 10 minutes in the pool!
Reception didnt seem to care when i made a list of complaints regarding my room and stay. Broken fridge, no mini bar, broken air con, no batteries in remote.They said I should of called as soon as i noticed, which i did. No validation about the issues no offer to help rectify the situation no nothing. were They were also unable to help with a minor request to go on the monorail.
