Summary:
This is a two bedroom, one bathroom unit situated directly across from Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary. The beach is also very close by as well as local shops, boutique stores and cafes - all within walking distance. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the lock up garage underneath includes an internal laundry.

It is situated up a flight of stairs with no lift access.

Linen (including sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats and tea towels) is included with your stay - we even triple-sheet the beds! Also included are basic amenities (hand/body wash, dish soap, laundry liquid, cleaning spray). A basic starter pack with bin liners, dishwasher tabs, cloth wipes and toilet paper is supplied but longer stays may need to top up these items. We just recommend you bring beach towels and personal toiletries.

In accordance with Gold Coast City Council this property has a strict No party and No Commercial Functions policy as it is located in a quiet residential suburb. In consideration to our neighbours, we request guests keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential area "Quiet time" from 10pm to 8 am.

Pets are not permitted at this property.
