This property location is prime spot at surfer paradise, i will book again through Expedia, easy, no hazard. The most important is peppers provide a free parking and access to swimming pool even when we check out. Appreciate peppers and Expedia.

A lot of water damage visible on ceilings in common areas. Holes in walls with fans blowing inside the walls. Pool chairs were absolutely rotten, dirty and worn which was surprising and disappointing for this 5 star resort. Glass/mirrors in room dirty with hand prints visible. Thick dust above fridge. All cleaning rags and mops left dirty inside washing machine from housekeeping. Great location and view. Room was ok minus concerns above.

Location is right at the heart of Surfers Paradise. The apartment has generous living space, with fully functioning kitchen and laundry facilities. It was very comfortable. Reception and staff were helpful and courteous. We got prompt response to our requests. Breakfast at Hyde restaurant was fantastic, we could not ask for a better one. The wait staff were fantastic.

What we liked? Location, two bathrooms and the everyday room service. Cleanliness. What didn't we like ? 1.The rubbish smell in the corridor outside the unit was unbearable. 2. The washing machine in laundry fell of the wall and could have injured one of us. 3.The heat, vehicle exhaust smell and humidity in the basement carpark (lack of exhaust) was ridiculous.

Peppers Soul The stay was absolutely lovely - just a beautiful piece of paradise for a weekend birthday celebration. There was a lovely birthday card and box of chocolates to greet my daughter, the apartment was stunning - clean and welcoming and aircon blasting (thank heavens lol). Positives: The check in was fast, wheelchair /disability friendly throughout, (easy access lifts right next to checkin desk/entry etc), great customer service from most and the bags were all taken to our room, from the car, while we checked in. Large comfy beds, fresh clean and pressed linen and plenty of extra blankets and pillows in the wardrobes, slippers and robes supplied The views were gorgeous, the shower water flow and temperature was great and everything you need in the kitchen IF you want to cook. Breakfast on Sunday (included in booking) - reservation made for 9am, finally actually greeted/spoken to at 9.20, seated at 9.25, no food until 10am , last greeter couldn’t care less until she found out at 9.30 that we were guests of the hotel - understaffed, poor communication/attitude, and very poor experience

When we arrived into our room the floor felt dirty to the point we had to leave our thongs on, the balcony had clumps of hair and dirt, bathroom had mould, furniture outdated and bed not comfortable, for the price the accommodation to me did not meet 5 star expe tations.

An apartment on the 53rd floor
It was a beautiful apartment on the 53rd floor. Checking in was very good and the receptionist was very helpful I don’t think we could have found a better accommodation.
