Hi Anonymous, We are sorry you were left feeling this way after your stay. With units individually owned, there are only some factors we can control in regards to the maintenance of our units. We take full responsibility for the rest, however, but without knowing what room you were in, will be hard to fully investigate. We apologise for cigarette butts in the pool, this is a constant battle. Thank you
