I like the property as it is right on the beach. The beach is good to walk on with a headland at each end plus Burleigh Heads to the South. The carpet in the unit needs to be cleaned.

Beautiful place, Amazing Location! However we stayed on the 17th floor and the windows did not have locks so not a good place to stay with children until this is fixed

We booked this hotel for the spa bath. However the bath didn’t work. Which was super disappointing. When we went to ask about the bath we were told it was broken and they were waiting for parts. No offer to change rooms or compensation. super disappointing and made the whole experience not fantastic. The beds were also super uncomfortable!

Excellent location and great clean spacious apartment. Only disappointment was it was advertised as being quite high up and overlooking the ocean, yet on arrival it was only 4th floor, with minimal ocean views.

The 2br apartments are so spacious! All have beach views and have so much room for a family to enjoy a few days away. Such a peaceful location. The building is slowly getting upgraded and has everything you need at a very good price. Always recommend.

We spent 8 nights in a standard ocean view apartment. Let’s start with the good: - great location - free on site parking - amazing views once you clear the tree line (10th floor) - very spacious apartments - indoor heated pool (although it’s small and overrun with screaming kids) - super close to shops and food The bad: - obstructed ocean views are sold as ‘ocean views’ - HUGE variety in fit out (we spent four nights in apartment 3C and then we moved to 14A). The difference in furniture was unbelievable considering both rooms were same rate - Leonie (building manager) quite rude and apathetic - bathrooms are very dated (original 1990 fit out) - the outdoor pool was freezing (we stayed early April) - the kitchen utensils are limited and really poor quality (we had to ask for replacement kettles at both apartments as they both broke) In summary, you’re taking a big gamble with the apartment you’re allocated. Be prepared to move to a better one if you’re not happy. If you don’t care so much about the fit out, then you’ll be happy.

Unfortunately for the second time in 2 months the accommodation was poor doors to balconies and bathrooms were damaged also furniture damaged. Also pools and spa either out of bounds or water running very warm or cold. Also loads of maintenance taking place

The building and common facilities were of a high standard. The actual apartment we stayed in was old, tired and worn out. We probably would not book in the building again unless we could ensure we wouldn't get the same apartment.

Location was excellent. The facilities were great, especially the pool and outdoor areas. The apparent we stayed in was a bit crap though. The layout was great and the views were excellent but the bathrooms were pretty dirty, with mold in the showers. The mirrors everywhere are a stupid idea, especially with kids. The lamp in the kids room was broken and dangerous. Glass tables are ridiculous. No blanket on the main bed, i mean why? We would stay in this building again but would need a different room for sure. All of the doors windows let air in, even when shut and locked.

Thank you for your response, all the apartments are individually owned therefore furniture is up to the owners discretion. In future please report to reception and these things you were unhappy with are usually rectified asap. The building is 31 storeys high and can get quiet windy this time of the year. Please mention these things next time you stay and will try and accommodate you.

Breathtaking views of Burleigh Beach
We had a superior 2 bedroom apartment on level 23. The view was breathtaking. It was a huge, light filled space. Only downside was that there was only 1 air conditioning unit for the whole apartment. The bedrooms were a bit hot, especially the second bedroom. We ended up bringing the two single beds out to the spacious lounge room.

Beautiful Burleigh, unfortunately all units are individually owned and its the owners decision to install ac in other bedrooms. My recommendation is to request this at time of booking.

Our unit was reasonably clean and well equipped but was a bit "tired". The shower taps needed replacing, as they were faulty. The single split system air-con was located in the lounge but wasn't very effective with the bedrooms down the hall. Overall, the unit was good value for money.

Fantastic views
Large airy apartment, with spectacular views over Burleigh Beach. Nice food at the surf club across the road, about 20 mins walk to some fantastic restaurants (Rick Shores, Jimmy Wah, and many others). Short walk to shopping centre.

Burleigh Apartment
We had a single bedroom apartment. It was very large and fully equipped with a full kitchen. Very light and fantastic views over the Gold Coast. The complex had two pools and was right by the beach. We enjoyed our stay. We would recommend.

Fabulous family holiday.
Our apartment was spacious with beautiful views across the ocean and up and down the coast. We had privacy in the two seperate bedrooms with separate bathrooms.

The apartment was spacious and the location was awesome. The beach view was great. Easy parking. The shower was terrible - getting the temperature correct was a struggle, but the worst part was the water pressure. It was a drizzle at best, making it very difficult to wash your hair in particular. Ironically, the restricters in the shower head meant that you couldn't get enough water to clean yourself, yet there was a spa bath that could be filled and used. The bathroom was very dated, and there were no blinds or heavy curtains in the bathroom for privacy. I accept that we were on the 17th floor, but if I can see them, then they can see me - particularly at night with the lights on.
