Apartment 23 is lovely, and waking up to the ocean front is amazing. Apartment 21 does indeed have 4 air-conditioners, and is on the beautiful sunny north east side of the building **Newsflash** new carpet going in soon. Hope you come back and check it out.

Hello I am glad you enjoyed the view from your apartment. It is disappointing that you found mould in your bathroom we are more than happy to address any issues at the time if they are brought to our attention. It is most difficult to satisfy a guest complaint after they have left the complex. It would have been very easy to arrange extra cleaning of your apartment if it was required. I am not sure what shelving displeased you I would imagine it must have been in a bathroom I will check all the apartments to try to locate this problem. Thank you Caroline

Hello I ma glad you loved the location of Beachfront Viscount. You have stayed in one of our two bedroom standard apartments these apartments are not newly renovated and the furnishings may be a little older. The building is an older building. All of the buildings right on the beach are older buildings. . The age of the building is a small price to pay for the magnificent location of the complex and we try to maintain it as well as possible given its age. We are in the process of modernising the building with new lifts etc.

Hello I am sorry that you found your apartment not to your standard it is very hard to know which apartment you are talking about when it is an anon review however the standard apartments are clearly described as not newly renovated. To say they are all bad and need a total overhaul is very harsh especially when you will have seen one of them I presume you stayed in a two bedroom. These apartments are still a very acceptable standard. The three bedroom apartments have been upgraded and are of a very nice standard. I feel the apartments are well priced for the standard and location we present. Thank you for your review Management

Thank you for your review I am very surprised to hear you felt the cleaning was not good as we have not received complaints before. If this was raised with me I would have immediately dealt with the issue you found. Toilet rolls are supplied in our initial starter on your arrival however you are correct that additional supply's need to be purchased by the guest. This is standard policy in every serviced apartment building. I do hope you will come back for a short stay one again Management

I am not sure which apartment you stayed in but will check all mirrors as we were not aware of a crack in one of them It is always helpful for you to tell management of any issues found. I am very sorry that you were disappointed with your stay it is hard to respond when It is an unknown guest who has written the review. I cannot recall any guest bringing to my attention any problem with tiles in an apartment. I cannot recall any guest bringing lots of problems with things not working in an apartment to my attention either as I would certainly have addressed any issues to the best of my ability at the time to ensure your stay was memorable. I guess the flags being too far away is personal preference. I think they are quite close approx.70 meters.
