Wonderful stay. The room gave us plenty of space to spread out, there was a nice large area for the dogs to exercise right next door, it was quiet and had a beautiful view. Will definitely be staying again.
Maids came in my room before 8:00am then again at 8:15. What’s the hurry checkout was at 11:00 poor training

we apologize but our housekeepers do not get into work until 9am and they don't start knocking on rooms that are occupied until 10am. so it would have not been possible for them to knock on your room that early, but we will definitely look into it.
The room was clean and breakfast was good. Bed was comfortable. There was no shampoo in the wall dispenser and the gal who checked us in did not know how to do a checkin for a 3rd party. Took an hour to resolve when she finally called her manager who told her she was doing it wrong.

we apologize for the time it took; it was the young ladies first day alone as she is still pretty new. so, we apologize if she took a little longer than normal.
The location was good. We just did not experience the great Hampton Inn experience we expect. Breakfast was very limited as to choices. Muffins, etc were not fresh. Yogurt was terrible
The fire alarm went off 2x in my room. I rushed out of the room and then I was told by the front desk that the steam from the shower does this always for room 108. Maybe guests should be told ahead of time so they aren't rushing to evacuate when they are just getting out of the shower.
Stay was okay, staff was very nice and helpful, mud on the floor whole time we were there, pool floor was peeling off and was cold! Breakfast was good although a lot of things were run out. Coffee in room was all decaf!! Would probably stay somewhere else if I went back

The hostess Susette was extremely friendly and helpful. She recognized our Diamond status; which, we've worked hard for. Some places don't really seem to care that it's a milestone for people who are loyal. She was awesome.
