A beautiful, tranquil country setting on11 acres with ease of access to bus services if you choose, as I did. The owners go to great lengths to make sure you have everything that you need and more. A choice of homemade breakfasts each day with a fire glowing in the antique dining room. Also for guests is an Elegant yet cozy living room also with toasty fire, books or tv. Wander around the property and enjoy the gardens, the gentle brook, and free-roaming pet chickens. Highly recommended!
Loved this place, this was where we stayed on our first night in Scotland, just the right amount of off the beaten path. The house, property and area were all simply gorgeous and the hosts were very friendly and gracious.
Really the only thing I found to complain about is poor cell reception.
This might be one of the most magical places I have ever seen. Starting with the driveway. The pictures do not do it justice. The host gave wonderful tips and amazing breakfast ❤️❤️
A lovely, interesting old family home. We felt very welcome. Relaxed atmosphere. Log fire in the guest sitting room, even in mid summer (if desired). Delicious breakfast, cooked to order. Nice surroundings for wandering around.
I had a fantastic stay every whim catered for nothing was to much trouble and the fresh cooked breakfast was to die for i will definitely be back again.
