Beautiful spacious room and very comfortable. We had a balcony room but unfortunately it overlooked the freeway. Staff were really friendly and helpful. And it was conveniently located for Spirit of Tasmania.

The room was huge and clean. Service excellent. The location is a little away from the beachfront action, but that's being picky. Highly recommended.

2night stay - enjoyable
Never stayed here before - location for us was great - we love to walk - easy walk/stroll to cafes, entertainment etc Bit pricey but it the busiest time of year We arrived early - office unattended - rang tel no. On website - left msg with a lady - never rec a call back - rang again - this time rec text msg - tried to reply to text - “not valid” mobile no / tried to ring it “not connected” !!! Very disappointing Also had trouble finding driveway/entrance to motel Seems to be on main road? Had to drive around a bit to find it But in saying all this -we would come back and try another stay here

Hi, most sincere apologies for delay in reply as just read your review. It appears from your comments that you arrived before reception opening hours time of 2 pm. Please kindly note that with advance notice we can & do provide early check-in but if arriving unannounced before 2 pm on the day then our reception may be closed due to staff on breaks or deployed on other duties. Hope to elcome you abck & just drop us a message a few days prior if wanting to arrive early.

The Motel is dated and is more of a 3 star, the location is on the main road and not easy access to walk for restaurants. The staff was very nice and welcoming.

When we arrived it was wet and cold, the manager said whilst you get your luggage I will go up snd turn the heater and light on for you, exceptional customer service

No frills, safe and clean.
Very utilitarian stay but perfectly clean and tidy. Friendly staff. NO ELEVATOR but only 1 flight of stairs. If you have a lot of luggage ask if a ground floor room is possible. Bed was not very comfy (but it was serviceable) or sturdy feeling. Late check in is possible if you get in touch with them before hand. This hotel suites is well for a quick overnight stay for somewhere safe and clean to sleep.

Great apartment's large and well equipped. Comfy bed, good bathroom. Neat and useable kitchen. Staff very helpful and friendly. After hours check-in was seamless. Loved the pool & spa, great after long bike rides. Easy access to the Esplanade and the waterfront. Safe off-street parking very good. Enjoyed my five day stay.

The self contained unit was not well maintained and needed to have some repairs done. There was a leaking pipe under the kitchen sink after the water tap was turned on. Easier access to the unit would have been appreciated. It was difficult carrying a heavy suitcase up two large flights of stairs.

Too noisy, walls did not block out any of the neighbouring customers, shower desparately needed attention as water flow was almost non existent, pool was overcrowded with way too many people!!! Too out of the way for dining choices if you have no transport, staff at check-in were friendly though which was nice
