Nice quiet condo.Posted 04/06/2015
Pros: Recently redone, very clean.
Cons: The only thing I can think of that might have been a nice addition would be adding bike racks to the property.
Location: We were there to hike and bike. The 15 minute drive to the park was very doable.
Condo had everything we needed. Located about 15 minutes from Smokey Mountain National park.

Very GoodPosted 26/05/2015 on Hotels
Third time at Bent Creek. Still having spotty internet coverage and for some reason TV channel selection reduced. Not all that important considering what we are in the area for, but did not meet expectations

Beautiful and peacefulPosted 14/05/2015 on Hotels
The hotel was off from Gatlinburg so it was nice. Beautiful area it was in. Nice pool and playground for my son. The room was cozy but had some stains in the carpet from previous tenants. The price was nice. Paid in full weeks before the trip but was charged an extra hundred as a deposit when we arrived. Was it in the fine print? Maybe. Still it was annoying. Other than that it was a great place to stay and would stay there again.

Couldn't fault itPosted 12/05/2015 on Hotels
We really enjoyed our stay at Bent Creek! The pictures online do not do it justice, it really did have everything you could possibly need (full size fridge-freezer, washer and dryer, all kitchen utensils, washing up supplies, dishwasher and dishwasher tablets, toiletries, pool towels...) The bed and sofa were particularly comfortable, the shower was good and it was spacious and clean. The surroundings were obviously very well cared for and beautiful and the indoor pool was clean and well maintained. The staff were also very helpful. Yes, it is a bit outside the city, but we found this a benefit rather than a problem, it was lovey and peaceful and much better value than somewhere in the centre.

Very nice settingPosted 29/04/2015
I was very pleased with the accomodations, temporarily working in downtown Gatlinburg i wanted a place that was a close drive but away from the congestion. Great Wi Fi but Cell Phone reception is limited. Accomodations excellent with apparent recent renovation. Staff excellent.

Out Dated CondoPosted 28/04/2015
We came to visit the Great Smoky Mountain park and booked this condo to be close to the park. We were close to the park but the room was old and out dated. The furniture was showing wear and needs to be updated. We didn't take advantage of any of the amenities so I can't comment on the pool, gym etc.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We have a few exciting projects planned for 2015, including new carpeting and placing new tiles in the kitchen and bathrooms. We do hope this inconvenience will not deter you from returning to our resort to experience our wonderful amenities. Thank you again!

Quick weekend getaway tripPosted 06/04/2015
Location: Beautiful property. Make sure to walk by the golf course stream. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool and sauna. Safe.
The resort staff is very kind. They even called us after we left to tell us that my daughter left a few things in the room. Luckily we had not gone far and were able to get the items. The room was very clean and the grounds of the facility where very well taken care of. There is a game room with some old school arcade games and pool tables. It is a time share so expect the "concierge" aka the time share sales person, to do their 10 minute spiel. They were very kind but after driving for 6 hours, you don't want to hear a sales pitch, you just want to get to your room. I would definitely stay again.

Gatlinburg GetawayPosted 05/04/2015 on Hotels
Great one-bedroom suite. The resort is located about 10 miles east of Gatlinburg, which worked well for us. No crowds or noise! Close to some hiking trails. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Enclosed heated pool and spa. Outside pool was closed for the season. Another building had billiard tables and air-hockey. Would not recommend being in Gatlinburg itself during Spring Break. Too many people!
