While you are visiting Fredericksburg we encourage all of our guests to wear face masks and social distance while you are shopping and at restaurants. We are taking the following steps:

1.Even though the CDC does not have any evidence that the virus can live in water we are continuing to shock our hot tubs after each stay.
2.We are continuing our normal deep cleaning of the homes in between stays with added attention to high touch areas like door knobs, remotes, light switches, etc.
3.As a final step, we are using an approved sterilizing product on all surfaces, including coffee tables, couches, chairs, etc.

Fredericksburg Guest House Reservations


This is a two bedroom, one bath Guesthaus located 1 1/2 miles from Main Street. It is furnished with a king size bed in one bedroom and a queen and two twins in the second bedroom. It has a private outdoor hot tub on an upstairs deck. The Guesthaus accommodates six guest.

The Guesthaus has a fully furnished kitchen, including cook top, oven, microwave, coffee maker and dishes for your convenience.

Cute getaway
This is the second time we stayed at this location! Cute, comfortable, and affordable! The hot tub is clean and relaxing! Quick easy drive to Main Street! We are already planning our February trip and plan to stay at this very same place!

Quaint and Quiet retreat
Upon arrival, we had a bit of trouble finding the house, not a single light was left on. Once we found the keys and got settled in, our stay was lovely. The house had everything we needed, located in a quiet, serene neighborhood, close and convenient to Main Street. The hot tub was a wonderful way to wrap up king days of walking and shopping!

Cute place
Overall, the property was adorable. The only real complaint is the hot tub water was low. Be prepared to climb stairs to get to the hot tub. The view is great from up there though. Also, there’s a note inside telling you to be careful with the latches on the hot tub cover, but they were all broken so it didn’t really apply. They had a traditional coffee pot with coffee and creamer supplied which was nice. Plenty of dishes, towels, etc. No Wi-Fi. Would stay there again.

Hot Tub Didn’t Work
During our stay the hot tub quit working and the property manager didn’t respond to our several calls, messages and text via VRBO. VRBO also couldn’t reach the management company leaving my trip ruined with no hot tub which was the only reason I booked this stay. If the property Owner is reading this I’m sure your manager didn’t tell you that we tried several times to reach her with no response. Seeing as how you are unwilling to refund a portion of our money for the great inconvience. If this is your 1st time hearing about this please contact me to make this right. Your manager is very rude and wasting your money. The house itself was very clean and cute. We would have been very happy with our stay here if we could have gotten some help with the hot tub.

Little Lice of Heaven at the Foot of Cross Mountain!!!
Absolutely amazing place! The look of a visit to your grandparents house! The sound of the floors creaking perfectly! The quiet of the location! The five minute drive to Main Street! This place was absolutely perfect for a birthday weekend for my wife in the town of Fredericksburg!!! And I have not even mentioned the hot tub and how fabulous it was to start our mornings and end our nights soaking! You will not be disappointed… book this place now!! Idea for a couple on a weekend getaway or a group of girls wanting to shop and drink wine! We made breakfast one morning; everything you need. Owner is amazing and I cannot wait to get back!

Relaxing & Quiet
Great location. The old home reminded me so much of my grandmother's. I truly enjoyed the stay. The property is very quiet for those seeking to rest while also getting out and about to wine taste, etc.
