Exceptional Hotel Staff
The Poggio Regillo staff members are wonderful as they work vey hard to accommodate the needs of their guests. During our one-week stay, the staff offered many suggestions for traveling around the area and sightseeing. They also printed train schedules and information about the area for us. The hotel shuttle provided many rides to travel to and from meetings and the train station during our stay. Also, one evening when we finished dinner in town very late and could not find a taxi, we called the hotel to help us find a taxi. Since no taxis were available in the area, the staff member on duty, who was just finishing his evening shift, picked us up in his own car and brought us back to the hotel. Such personal care is quite exceptional! We highly recommend staying at Poggio Regillo.

The hotel is in a quiet local on the Vineyard strip in Frascati with about a €10-15 taxi ride into town. The hotel does provide a shuttle bus service for €9. The hotel itself is pleasant with lovely grounds and has a restaurant on site (run by a separate company) which has amazing food but you need to book as it's usually full with locals. There is also a Pizzeria next door which is also good and both are reasonably priced. The room itself was small but clean and tidy. There's a buffet breakfast served daily and a hotel bar - although the bar wasn't as stocked as much as we had expected. The best thing about the hotel was the Concierge and reception staff who were friendly, helpful and knew what we wanted even before we had asked for anything!

Great for a family
We really enjoyed this hotel as a family. The location and garden are a good place for kids to run around. The room was more than adequate for a family of four. The breakfast and breakfast room were great. We would highly recommend this hotel for any family traveling that has a car. Frascati is a nice place to hang out away from Rome and it is quite easy to drive to the metro from there to visit Rome.

Nice hotel on beautiful secluded property.
Nice hotel on large, secluded and beautiful property. A glass elevator with mountain views takes you up to your room. We stayed in a quad room for 4 people. It had a kitchen with a large refrigerator and a dining area and 2 separate bedrooms with air conditioners in each room. The road in front of the hotel is secluded and peaceful. No traffic, a car passes by every few minutes. There is a winery across the road and a nice restaurant next door to the hotel. The breakfast in the upstairs room in the hotel is very good with a large selection of hot and cold options and the breakfast attendant was very nice and made cappuccino and espresso for us. We were in Italy for 12 days, in 5 different hotels from Venice to Naples and this hotel was my favorite one we stayed in.

we booked this hotel for a stopover having arrived into Ciampino airport. it's quite close. we got there just in time to get dinner in the restaurant and were pleasantly surprised. i had the spagetti with oxtail and tomato sauce. it was very good. a nice bottle of wine and dinner for 2 for under 50e. the motorway was close enough so you could hear it but not enough to bother us. the only fault i would make was the shower wasnt fantastic but really i'd stay here again with pleasure. all the staff were very friendly too. it was really just a very pleasant surprise.
