You can park your boat in the back yard under the private cover boat house or pull up to a 60ft sitting dock. You can launch your boat for free at the beautiful Raymond Gary State Park 4min away. Park your trailer in the driveway of the home. This seldom fished, no wake lake is wonderful. A must see and fish!! The home has had 2 remolded bathrooms and one remolded master bedroom in March of 2025.
